This third floor, corner, air conditioned unit has 1600 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and two full baths. Inside you'll find yourself surrounded with esquisite artwork and furnishings. This large unit is complete with a great room consisting of the kitchen, breakfast nook and bar, dining room, and living room. There's also a screened in entry and foyer, screened in lanai overlooking the marina, your own private laundry facilities, under building parking and secured/coded entry and private tennis courts.
The pool area is large and beautiful. There you'll find the oversized in ground pool, spa, large lounge/sunning area, BBQ, and common room. Enjoy the fabulous views of Fish Tail Marina, the intersecting canals, with some of the finest boats and yachts, from almost every room in this condo. Enjoy peaceful and bug free days and nights on your large, private screened in porch. Or enjoy a game of tennis on the private courts. This condo has been professionally decorated with some of the finest furnishings and artwork.
We've included books and games for adults and children, internet service, a TV and VCR in the living room, and a lot more. The kitchen is loaded with every amenity you could possibly need and has new appliances for your use. The huge master suite consists of a king sized bed, TV, VCR, private ensuite full bathroom, with shower, whirlpool tub, his and her sinks and walk in closet, and opens to the screened in porch. The larger of the two guest rooms has a hand painted tropical queen sized bedroom set and shares a full bath with the third guest room. The third guest room has two twin beds and a waterfall for peaceful, tranquil nights. Of course all lines are included as well as starter soaps and papers. Please note that we do not allow smoking or pets in our condo at any time.
For those of you looking to truly relax and enjoy every moment of your vacation, we offer full concierge service. Our concierge will handle everything for you, from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in-house massage. We also offer special occasion items; such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down service. Located towards the South end of Fort Myers Beach, you can walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. Walk to numerous restaurants, various types of shops and stores, go the movie theater, ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs.
It's all just outside the front door of the complex. Grocery shopping is easy with the Publix Grocery store just 2 miles away and a 7 Eleven and CVS only a block away from the unit. Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski's and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take the trolley to town (less than 5 miles away) and enjoy a day or a night out on the casino boat. Take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars. Enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.
