There is a Weekly Rate plus Tax, a $165 Cleaning Fee, & a $500 Security
Deposit (to be returned following departure).
There is a One-Week Minimum, will consider shorter stays based on availability.
To hold reservation, 50% of Total is due at booking; Balance due 60 days prior
to arrival.
