This home is a 5200' duplex and can rented as a 7 bedroom/ 7 bath home with 2 full kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 family rooms, 2 private hot tubs and a home theater family room with pool table and additional kitchen/bar area. You can rent half, a 2200' home with 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths or a 3000' home with 4 bedrooms/ 4 baths. The rental rates are given as 3 BR, 4 BR , followed by the entire 7 BR duplex rate.
This beautiful, Non-Smoking, Pet-Free Home lies in a sunny valley with breathtaking views of the Breckenridge Ski area and Ten Mile Range. You are only a short 8/10 of a mile walk down Wellington Road to the downtown area. Conveniently located on the Breckenridge Free Shuttle route. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the shuttle stop and a 5 minute ride to Main Street for dining and shopping, or a 9 minute ride to Breck Station, home of the new gondola to Peak 7 and 8. To return home, a 7 minute ride from Breck Station.
The entrance leads you to the great room where you can warm up by the stone gas fireplace and enjoy a breathtaking view of French Creek and the mountains. The fully-equipped kitchen will accommodate all of your dining needs. Relax and be entertained in the oversized family room with large screen Direct TV and a library of DVD's. Enjoy your favorite movie in the home theater room or enjoy a game of pool.
There are 2 bedrooms located on each side on the upper level, including the Master suite, 1 located on each main level and 1 in the lower level of the left side of the duplex. The 4 upper level bedrooms each have queen beds and private baths. Each Master suite has mountain views.
The 2 lavish Master baths with jetted tubs will surely provide relaxation. The main level bedrooms have either 2 twin beds on one side or a captain's bunk bed which is a full on the bottom and twin on the top on the other side. Additionally, there are two 3/4 baths on each side on the main level. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace and access to a full bath in the hall just outside the bedroom door. For your personal entertainment, every bedroom and family room is equipped with Direct TV with all of the movie channels, satellite radio, MLB, NFL Sunday Ticket and DVD players with a DVD movie library. There is a Playstation 2 with games. WIFI is available throughout the home.
Relax at the end of your day in the dual secluded hot tubs located on your private deck overlooking French Creek and Ten Mile Range. Further pictures are available on the link to our online photo album.
For smaller parties we can lock off part of the duplex, thereby reducing the number of bedrooms and offer a discounted rate. Our rates are based on a maximum of 10 adults in the party in the 4BR home, 8 adults in the 3BR home, additional adults are $25 per person per night. Call or e-mail for details.

What a beautiful place!!! My girlfriend and I thought this place was fantastic! Loved the decor, and the kitchen was great to cook in. Central to everything, after we went snow tubing in Frisco, we came home and made lunch before heading to Breck for snow shoeing! The hot tub was relaxing, so much so that we came in for a break and fell asleep, sorry about the cover! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to getaway for a few days to an extended stay. We're looking forward to going back ourselves!! Thank you Karen & Doug!! P.S. Love the bears!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It's warm and friendly and the views are amazing. I can't wait to go back! The owners provide everything you can imagine and even were kind enough to have a welcome basket waiting for us. The home is located very close to Downtown which has great little boutiques and wonderful food.

This was a beautiful well maintained home. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners went over And above to accommodate us. We had a death in the family and they changed our reservations dates to accommodate our revised plans. We really appreciated that they accommodated us in what was a hard time. We would totally recommend this property.

I hosted my brothers at the Adams' home in Breckenridge and we thoroughly enjoyed working with the Owners. Further, we enjoyed the extra room and spacious layout that the two attached condos afforded! Highly recommend this property!

The owners for this two sided duplex are very friendly and great to work with. If you are coming to Breck and don't mind driving or shuttling to the mountains then I highly recommend you stay here. Plenty of room and very nice with all modern appliances/etc...

From the moment we arrived to the welcome basket of wine and crackers to the view of the mountain from the hot tub, Karen and Doug have a great vacation home and are consummate hosts. The game room and home theatre made for a great night in and the movie selection was extensive (over 100 titles). Enjoying two upstairs bedrooms, both with full bath/shower/jacuzzis was perfect and convenient. The house is walking distance to the shuttle pick up and the brook behind the house made for soothing sounds in the evening. Great home and you'll love your experience there as much as we did.

My hubby and I were just looking to get away from the city for a long weekend and ran across this property on VRBO.What a great experience! The home was wonderful and well-equipped, even to accomodate our 10 month old son. We didn't want to leave. We especially loved the basement level for cuddling up on the sofa and watching movies in front of the fireplace. Thank you for having us!

Very nice new home in nice neighborhood. Had everything we wanted, and it was nice to have the room downstairs with the pool table, TV and surround sound for the teenagers. Karen and Doug were very helpful and responsive with questions or when assistance was needed. Home has beautiful views, and hot tub is perfectly located with view of mountains. Thank you for allowing us to share your house!
