Walk through the front door, open the blinds and see nothing but water and sand...as far as you can see in both directions! Go ahead and step out on to the corner covered-balcony which also allows a partial-view of the full-size pool...great for calling the kids in for lunch! Speaking of lunch, the balcony is the best place for eating those sandwiches AND sipping early morning
sunrise-watching cups of coffee AND watching the occasional nighttime thunderstorm over the ocean!
The coral-colored OCEANFRONT master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV/DVD player, private bath and private access to the balcony, along with amazing ocean views. At night, crack open the double-window just about an inch and fall asleep to the sound of the soothing waves. Great for afternoon naps, too!
The street-side bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring two cottage-style twin beds and another TV/DVD player. And whoever gets to sleep in the living room on the brand-new queen-size sleeper sofa, ALSO gets to sleep OCEANFRONT!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything that you’ll need, whether you want to cook or not! AND, if you can’t live without your laptop, never fear because the condo has SECURE WIRELESS broadband internet access.
Most importantly, however, TO GET TO THE BEACH just walk past the charcoal grill, through the enclosed pool area and out on to our building’s private beach access boardwalk! It doesn’t get any easier than that!
That’s good because we allow our guests to use anything in our outside storage closet, located in the breezeway just outside of the condo entrance! Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys….
The Surfside Pier is just a short ten-minute walk down the beach, along with several neighborhood bar and grills. With LOTS more to do in the vicinity! We keep a Guest Journal in the condo and have started a tradition of star-rating local restaurants and attractions, so make sure to look through it before you head out. OH! And remember to add your own!
Sorry, no elevator in this building but it's a REALLY EASY climb! The stairs are built in "half-flights" with just 5-6 stairs at a time with landings in between. Just 3 of these to get to the front door!
An added bonus for the 2010 season, the exterior of our building has been renovated and freshly painted, as well! It looks great!

Our vacation stay in this condo was unbelievably wonderful. The condo is superbly equipped with all the comforts of home and is extremely clean. The ocean view from both the covered deck and the master bedroom is the best on the beach. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise and falling asleep to the lull of the waves. The use of all the beach items in the outdoor closet is an added bonus. I can't wait for my return trip next year :)

Condo is great, very clean and well maintained. Warm and inviting. Closer to the ocean than even the pictures reveal! We greatly enjoyed the local resturants and the fishing pier. All within walking distance. Kitchen is well equiped for cooking in. Beds were very comfortable. lovely being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. All is as advertised

We stayed in this condo for two weeks this past summer and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. The condo was great - just as advertised, clean, wonderful, all conveniences, everything just great. Perfect for a family with one or two small children. Leaving the sliding doors open to hear the ocean in the master bedroom every night was heavenly. We ate all our meals out on the balcony, in front of the water. The building is great - quiet, nice pool that gets plenty of sun and is warmed all day. Access to the ocean is a few steps away....a walk to the pier and a quick drive to the main highway with all amenities. We are booking again for next year, no doubt.

The condo was GREAT and everything you need was available. Very clean and beachy. The pool was great, beach was not crowded and the view from the deck was spectacular. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo because we love it so much. Decor is so bright and beachy, very clean and has everything you need. Pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. Rented from others on VRBO and this condo was by far the smoothest and easist reservation I have ever made. The owners were so friendly and helpful!! You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom, so serene and relaxing. Beaches are never crowded and are right across a short walkway. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Will definitely be back next year!!

This is one of the very few condos directly on the beach that has not only a balcony facing the ocean but a master bedroom window with a direct view of the ocean. The balcony view alone is worth the rental fee. We are now spoiled and are afraid to try anywhere else!

This condo has an ideal location--close to Myrtle Beach and Murrell's Inlet; yet on a quiet, highrise-free part of Surfside Beach! The owners are very nice and easy to deal with, and the condo is clean and nicely decorated--very "beachy". We hope to return soon!
