+ Key code given after full fee is received, at least 1 month prior.
+ Refunds for cancellations only if the house can be re-rented.
+ No fees added to rental rate except $150 pet fee, if applicable.
+ You supply your owns sheets & towels.
+ Minimal cleaning required. (Trash out and refrigerator emptied.)
