Immaculate, luxury townhome in a new vacation community just minutes from three major ski resorts (and within an hour of another half dozen).
The four bedrooms on three separate floors over 2000 square feet are a great mix of privacy and comfort. We just purchased this property and plan to rent it out sparingly. We have added new furniture, new TVs, new linens, and stocked the gourmet kitchen with new, high quality items, all of which will make your time in our home superb.
The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, complete with a cherry bedroom set, a large walk-in closet, and a large picture window. The slate floors and countertops in the master bath and the large tub add to the ambiance. Relax on your pillow-top, king-size bed while watching a DVD or listening to music. You will have a tough time heading out to the slopes in the morning.
On the main level, you will find the family room, tastefully decorated with leather sofas, a gas fireplace, and plenty of ski décor. A kitchen and a separate dining room adjoin the family room for a nice, open feel. Down the hall, you will come to two other bedrooms, one with a queen-size bedroom set, and the other with a pair of bunk beds (sleeps four). The full bath on this floor also has rustic, yet elegant décor.
Downstairs, you will find another family room (which can be closed off from the rest of the house) and an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds. The family room has a very comfortable pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa, a fireplace, and a foosball table. The laundry room and two-car garage are also on the lower level, as is the third full bathroom.
The community and environs are full of activities and amenities. The clubhouse in our community has a huge plasma TV, a PC, and a complete exercise facility. Although you have your own hot tub on our deck, there is another one here, as well as a pool and lounge area.
Redstone Village is across the street from Bear Hollow. Movies, great restaurants and shopping, great coffee, two grocery stores, and more. Olympic Park is next door. It is quite a place to visit.
