Our charming, non-smoking, extremely clean & well maintained condo is located in the brand-new Barefoot Beach Resort on the intercostal waterway of Indian Shores. The condo is at ground level, no stairs or crowded elevators to deal with here and parking is at the condo's door.
Location, Location, Location...If you want to be close to the beach, then this is the condo for you. The condo is in a great location within the resort. We are located directly across from the pedestrian walk & the resorts direct beach access. You are just steps from our front door to the white sands of the gulf. You can't get much closer to the beach than this beautiful condo.
You will find other condos in this resort for rent, but you won't find one closer to the beach, directly in front of the beach access, beautifully decorated with so many personal touches, one that includes all your beach supplies, has free long distance, free highspeed wireless internet service & accepts credit cards. Beautifully decorated in the coastal cottage style, the condo has one-bedroom, one-bath plus a sunroom. With all the amenities of home and everything in the condo brand new, our condo can be your new beach retreat. The condo has ceramic tile floors, crown molding, and a private front patio with brick pavers and a patio set surrounded by a white picket fence.
* Well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops & full size appliances...microwave, ceramic top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal & refrigerator with ice maker. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, bakeware & everything you need to make & serve a gourmet meal.
* Dining area is bright with large windows and a separate granite & mirror bar. The bar has an ice bucket & cocktail glasses.
* Cozy family room has queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, ceiling fan, family games, cards, movies, music CD's & books for your enjoyment.
* The bedroom is carpeted with a queen-size bed and new memory foam mattress, luxury sheets, cable TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, extra blankets and pillows. There is a set of French doors that open to the sunroom.
* The charming sunroom is bright with large windows overlooking the patio. A ceiling fan and a full sized futon make the sunroom a great place to take a nap, watch TV or read a book. The front door opens from the sunroom to the fenced in patio area which leads to the resorts beach access.
* The bathroom offers a large, walk-in, tile shower, dual shower heads, wall-mounted hair dryer, towels and storage space.
* The condo is wired with FREE Highspeed "Wireless" Roadrunner Internet service for your use. Enjoy your laptop computer from anywhere in our condo. There is a desk with a cordless phone which has caller I.D, voice mail, & "FREE UNLIMITED" long distance to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. Talk as long as you want to your loved ones at no extra charge.
The condominium is located next to several restaurants and pubs. The famous Salt Rock Grill is located directly next door. Crabby Bill's, The Pub, The Frog Pond, The Wine Cellar and The Lobster Pot are just down the road. Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The famous John's Pass Village is just six miles south of the condo.
The Suncoast Trolley Stop is located steps from our condo & direcly next door to the resort. The trolley runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach.
There are many amenities on site. A coin operated laundry room is located at the end of the hall just one door down. A beautiful heated swimming pool overlooks the intercoastal waterway with his & her bathrooms, a private fishing deck & new gas grills throughout the resort. There are also plenty of parking spaces for you and your guest.
BOAT SLIP RENTALS are now available on site. Please inquire if you are interested in bringing your boat.
You have the best of both worlds at this beautiful resort. You can watch the sunrise on the intercoastal waterway side & the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico beach side. We had a short but wonderful vacation at this condo. The owner Chantel gave us all necessary information before we drove there. The location is very good. The condo is not directly on the beach, but if you cross the street, which is no problem at all, you are on the beach within one minute walking distance. The Barefoot Beach resort has its own private beach access, which is right in front of you after crossing the street. The beach is like everywhere along the coast, clean with white sand, wide and not many people at all, at least at the time we were there. The pool area is on the other side of the resort with a view on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. I think it is possible to go fishing there on the deck. The pool area is very nice and the water is heated so we could enjoy swimming in the warm water at night even at Christmas time. A lot of restaurants are nearby, e.g. the Salt Rock Grill which is a very nice one, is only 3 minutes walking distance. But be aware that like in all scenic areas many restaurants are tourist traps and you don't get the quality of food you should expect for the money you pay. So, in case you prefer to cook yourself, there is also a grocery store and a fish market nearby and the kitchen in the condo is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating, all appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc. The whole condo is very nicely decorated in beach-style and very well equipped with everything you could need, TV, Video, DVD player, stereo, CD's, movies on DVD and Videotape, games, books and brochures for information about the area. There is also wireless LAN with Internet connection for free, if you bring your laptop with WLAN card. Our son liked that aside from the beach bag and the beach towels there were also a beach cart and a lot of beach toys for him in the condo. We did not only go to the beach, but also visited some attractions nearby, the Fort DeSoto State Park, the Weeki Wachee Springs underwater theatre with mermaid performance and the Homosassa Springs State Park. You can also drive to many more attractions around Tampa, like the Aquarium and the Busch Gardens in less than an hour. I can recommend going to this area in December, because at least in these few days when we were there, the weather was still very warm in the 80s. We went to the beach in swim wear and I even went swimming in the ocean for a few minutes. The owners of the condo were extremely friendly and also very helpful when our little son brought us in a kind of unexpected inconvenient situation. I would recommend this condo to a friend if he doesn't have more than max. 2 kids in the family. There is only one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room and one bathroom. So for a bigger family with more kids you would either need to bring an additional air bed or mattress to put it somewhere on the floor or you should look for a bigger condo. I couldn't remember anything to complain about aside from the fact, that we didn't stay long enough there.

From the moment we stepped into your inviting condo we knew we made the right decision. We felt comfortable and at home. The decor is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We had the most wonderful two weeks of beautiful weather, sunsets, food, and fun. Faboulous shopping so close at hand. Being so close to the beach is great and the pool area and intercoastal waterway was wonderful when it was a little windy on the beach side. It was the best of both worlds. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome and at home. It was a great vacation and we hope to return sooner than later.

This condo is so adorable and very comfortable. I stay a month and didn't want to leave. It has everything you need. It is right across the street from the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. My favorite was E & E Stakeout Grille in Largo. Delicious food. But, there are many good restaurants in the area. If you like live bands go to JD's down the street. Had a lot of fun there!! Chantel was just a phone call away if you needed anything. The grounds are taken care of everyday and are impeccable. Met some nice people at the pool. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. I would recommend this condo if you like comfort and want the feeling of being home. Thanks for everything. I Hope to return.

My husband, 13 year old son and myself stayed at this wonderfully decorated and well-stocked condo during our Christmas break. The weather didn't exactly cooperate with us (remember that cold streak in Florida at the end of December?) - but we still had a great and relaxing vacation. Besides - weather is all relative - we're from Minnesota where it was much colder! We had fun walking the beach (in our jeans and sweatshirts), going to fabulous restaurants and driving around the area. The condo was so well stocked that we made a game out of trying to find something that wasn't there but we never found an item that we needed that wasn't provided! The location is great - close to the beach. I was worried about the noise from the road but didn't find that to be a problem. We sat on the beach and watched near-by fireworks on New Years Eve. We met wonderful and interesting people both at the resort facilities and other establishments that we visited. Chantel is very thoughtful and will answer any question you have - she even called the night of our arrival to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this condo!!

Location, location, location! This condo has it with the beach access directly across the street from the front door. The light, airy decor and comfortable furnishings make it a great place to hang out when not out and about. Chantel is easy to communicate with, and takes great care in keeping the condo an enjoyable place to be. She even put a little Christmas tree out for us as we were staying there that week. This place has everything you need including the motivation to relax. Thank you for sharing your place with those who want to come for just a taste of Florida.
