We so enjoyed staying in your beautiful condo. It was so welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and reading and being in the warmer weather. The condo was close to the beach, walking trail, golf courses and many other attractions. Chantel and Al provided information on things to do in the area and restaurants they recommended. From the moment we stepped into your inviting condo we knew we made the right decision. We felt comfortable and at home. The decor is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We had the most wonderful two weeks of beautiful weather, sunsets, food, and fun. Faboulous shopping so close at hand. Being so close to the beach is great and the pool area and intercoastal waterway was wonderful when it was a little windy on the beach side. It was the best of both worlds. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome and at home. It was a great vacation and we hope to return sooner than later.

Year #2 for us.....Location,Location,Location and isn't thats whats important for a great vacation? This condo has it all, restaurants near by, the gulf is a few steps away, and every amenity that one needs to feel at home. A wonderful vacation was had by all. Thanks for your friendly emails. This condo is so adorable and very comfortable. I stay a month and didn't want to leave. It has everything you need. It is right across the street from the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. My favorite was E & E Stakeout Grille in Largo. Delicious food. But, there are many good restaurants in the area. If you like live bands go to JD's down the street. Had a lot of fun there!! Chantel was just a phone call away if you needed anything. The grounds are taken care of everyday and are impeccable. Met some nice people at the pool. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. I would recommend this condo if you like comfort and want the feeling of being home. Thanks for everything. I Hope to return.

My husband, 13 year old son and myself stayed at this wonderfully decorated and well-stocked condo during our Christmas break. The weather didn't exactly cooperate with us (remember that cold streak in Florida at the end of December?) - but we still had a great and relaxing vacation. Besides - weather is all relative - we're from Minnesota where it was much colder! We had fun walking the beach (in our jeans and sweatshirts), going to fabulous restaurants and driving around the area. The condo was so well stocked that we made a game out of trying to find something that wasn't there but we never found an item that we needed that wasn't provided! The location is great - close to the beach. I was worried about the noise from the road but didn't find that to be a problem. We sat on the beach and watched near-by fireworks on New Years Eve. We met wonderful and interesting people both at the resort facilities and other establishments that we visited. Chantel is very thoughtful and will answer any question you have - she even called the night of our arrival to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this condo!!

Location, location, location! This condo has it with the beach access directly across the street from the front door. The light, airy decor and comfortable furnishings make it a great place to hang out when not out and about. Chantel is easy to communicate with, and takes great care in keeping the condo an enjoyable place to be. She even put a little Christmas tree out for us as we were staying there that week. This place has everything you need including the motivation to relax. Thank you for sharing your place with those who want to come for just a taste of Florida.

We soooooooooo enjoyed the time spent at Chantel and Al's lovely condo and look forward to returning next year. The decorating was beautifully and thoughtfully done and we felt right at home the first day. The close access to the beach was perfect as we walked the beach every morning. The personal service given to us by the hosts when they sent lists of golf courses with websites was beyond our expectations. We felt relaxed and happy when we were there and hated to leave. Comment from our guestbook... We certainly has a relaxing and enjoyable stay in your condo. It was an unexpected treat to stay at such a well-stocked and well decorated condo. It made our stay with a busy toddler so much easier. I wish we could recommend some restaurants, but due to having such a well stocked kitchen, we only had to eat out once and as parents of a 2 year old, it was a blessing. We had a short but wonderful vacation at this condo. The owner Chantel gave us all necessary information before we drove there. The location is very good. The condo is not directly on the beach, but if you cross the street, which is no problem at all, you are on the beach within one minute walking distance. The Barefoot Beach resort has its own private beach access, which is right in front of you after crossing the street. The beach is like everywhere along the coast, clean with white sand, wide and not many people at all, at least at the time we were there. The pool area is on the other side of the resort with a view on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. I think it is possible to go fishing there on the deck. The pool area is very nice and the water is heated so we could enjoy swimming in the warm water at night even at Christmas time. A lot of restaurants are nearby, e.g. the Salt Rock Grill which is a very nice one, is only 3 minutes walking distance. But be aware that like in all scenic areas many restaurants are tourist traps and you don't get the quality of food you should expect for the money you pay. So, in case you prefer to cook yourself, there is also a grocery store and a fish market nearby and the kitchen in the condo is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating, all appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc. The whole condo is very nicely decorated in beach-style and very well equipped with everything you could need, TV, Video, DVD player, stereo, CD's, movies on DVD and Videotape, games, books and brochures for information about the area. There is also wireless LAN with Internet connection for free, if you bring your laptop with WLAN card. Our son liked that aside from the beach bag and the beach towels there were also a beach cart and a lot of beach toys for him in the condo. We did not only go to the beach, but also visited some attractions nearby, the Fort DeSoto State Park, the Weeki Wachee Springs underwater theatre with mermaid performance and the Homosassa Springs State Park. You can also drive to many more attractions around Tampa, like the Aquarium and the Busch Gardens in less than an hour. I can recommend going to this area in December, because at least in these few days when we were there, the weather was still very warm in the 80s. We went to the beach in swim wear and I even went swimming in the ocean for a few minutes. The owners of the condo were extremely friendly and also very helpful when our little son brought us in a kind of unexpected inconvenient situation. I would recommend this condo to a friend if he doesn't have more than max. 2 kids in the family. There is only one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room and one bathroom. So for a bigger family with more kids you would either need to bring an additional air bed or mattress to put it somewhere on the floor or you should look for a bigger condo. I couldn't remember anything to complain about aside from the fact, that we didn't stay long enough there.

Your location was just what we wanted, not to busy and right in the middle of some fabulous restaurants and entertainment. We vistited both St Pete & Clearwater. My mother and father myself and my 12 year old returned home in March after spending 2 weeks in Chantels condo.We have just sent the deposit for next year there is not one negative comment I could make not only was the condo spotless but the decor was done in such a way that you felt you were walking into a home that someone just walked out of so you could have your holiday.My mom and dad are retired and both have problems doing alot of walking they loved that the jolley tolly stop was right outside the door.My 12 year old loved the free long distance calling home to Canada every night she called to check in with friends.I loved the outside patio with table and chairs Im a very early riser and enjoyed my early morning walks along the ocean and then bringing back a coffee and sitting outside.When we decided to go back next year we looked again at some different condos but nothing compares in rates convienence or looks to Chantels.Can hardly wait for next years trip

This was everything we planned and more. The beach right across the street with its private entrance was fantastic! This condo has the best access to the beach so you can come back to eat or bring along the cooler that is provided and have a picnic on the beach if you want. I traveled with teenagers and my mom and we were all so pleased with the location, the beautiful condo and everything that makes it special...free calls and internet, beach towels and toys, great decor, no problems with noise, great location for traveling around and such great communication from Chantel and Al. They really make it special and make you feel comfortable. We loved the mini golf course just a block away. Nothing bad to say about the whole trip, everything was wonderful!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. The condo was in a great location, right across from the beach access, very clean, & beautifully decorated with many extras. The description of the condo & it's amenities were exactly what we were promised by the owners & read on the website. We had everything we needed in the condo. It was great not having to buy or bring our beach stuff. It was all in the condo. This condo stands out from the others in the resort. We were traveling with three groups of friends that rented three other condos and they had none of the details, decor, & amenities of this condo. Our friends were so jealous we got this one. Everyone kept hanging out at our condo because of its cozy charm. In my opinion, this condo with this owners personal touches, made the other condos feel sparse, cold & lacking much needed character. We cant wait to return! We will rent this one again.

This is a guest comment from our guestbook.. We had a fantastic honeymoon!! This trip definitely exceeded our expectations. It was more enjoyable than some of our "all inclusive" trips. We were typical beach bums, we enjoyed the sunsets, watched dolphins play, & your cooler served as our tiki bar. We had romantic walks at sunset and ate some wonderful seafood dinners. Your special touches to help make our honeymoon memorable were appreciated. The chilled bottle of wine, flowers and goodie basket was very unexpected. The condo is gorgeous. We are sorry to be leaving but are leaving a happy married couple. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay from 11/26 to 11/30/2006. The condo was very clean & had everything necessary to enjoy day including beach accessories. This location was easy to find and close to local restruants and grocery stores. We found our visit very pleasant and relaxing.

Wow! What a stunning condo. Your condo exceeded our expectations. We looked at so many condos in the area, but ultimatly decided on Chantel & Al's condo and we are so glad we did. Chantel & Al are very gracious host and really made us feel welcomed. We loved the unexpected, such as the great welcome basket with all its great pastries and fruit. We look forward to our return to this condo and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful, clean, new & comfortable condo with great owners.

This is a written entry from our guestbook... Thank you for having us as your guest in your beautiful and tastefully decorated condo. The location was perfect. We enjoyed everything from Johns Pass Village to the Bird Sanctuary and a great day in Tarpon Springs. We also had fun treasure hunting at the Wagon Wheel Flea Market. The beach was beautiful. We had great weather and we had a great time feeding the pelicans in the gulf. However, the best of all were the beautiful sunsets at the beach. Thank you for our perfect vacation.
