Welcome to the colors of Bay Mar, on beautiful Ft. Myers Beach Florida. A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath plus a loft. This is a roomy home boasting 3468 sq ft. With a large wrap around deck you'll have great view of the blue gulf waters. The great room, dinning room and kitchen with breakfast bar are all light and airy open onto the deck. It is located just across the street from the sugar white sands of Estero Island. Built in 1992 and remodeled in November 2006.
Enjoy dinner on the deck cooked on the new gas grill and table room for 8. lounge chairs also available for those who worship the great tan.
The sparkling new pool has a dazzling display of lights for your evening delight
We have installed both high speed internet, and cable TV for use of our guests.
The master bedroom has it's own bath complete with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
The 2nd guest room has a queen bed the 3rd has twin beds and the loft has a queen sized sofa bed.
We are located close to times square, but far enough away to still have the quiet of the beach. Take the trolley north to times square or south to Bonita Springs.
Please note that our home is smoke and pet free. No pets permitted on the property at any time. Smoking is permitted outside the home but please don't leave buts behind.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre maison du 31 décembre au 8 Janvier 2012. La maison est bien située tout près de la plage et nous en avons apprécié la proximité. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, ce qui est tout autre de la maison, . Nous avons eu l'impression que le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Equipement désuet autour de la piscine et mal entretenu BBQ qui ne fonctionnait pas et très sale que nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes. Le patio de la photo ne reflète celui de la réalité. Acquitter les frais de nettoyage est plutôt décevant car nous avons laissé la maison plus qu'impeccable lors de notre départ. Nous sommes habitués de voyager ce n'est pas que nous sommes exigents mais nous nous attendions à un peu plus de cette propriété famille Drolet quebec

Hi Donna- I have been meaning to email you to tell you how great our vacation was but life has just been so busy since we got home. then I got our deposit check from you today which reminded me to get in touch. We LOVED your home, the location, the beach - everything. It was truly a wonderful vacation with picture perfect weather and sunsets!! we have rented many homes over the years and yours was one of our favorites - the layout, the completely stocked kitchen with every utensil you could ever imagine - it was just great! we contributed a pair of scissors to your junk drawer b/c that was about the only thing your home did not have. I so appreciated the number of towels and beach towels you have stocked there as well. Anyway - thank you again and we will certainly be back at some point! We will recommend to friends as well! PS - the Bayfront Bistro was a hidden gem - we had a lovely meal there one night!

We were delighted with our two-week stay at Colors of Baymar during the second half of March 2011. Donna's home is clean, bright and comfortable, The lot is large and the landscaping is lovely. The pool and deck now have a surprise bonus: a fully screened covering. Our group of seven included teens and middle agers. Everything we needed was within walking or biking distance.The garage is a safe place to store rental bikes. They are necessary to get around the island since school breaks bring huge traffic jams from Times Square to mid island. TIP: If driving at peak times, it's best to exit and enter the island from the south end. This home is an ideal vacation spot for anyone (except those unable to climb stairs). Thanks Donna...we hope to return some day!

We had a great time during our stay. It was nice being close to the beach but we actually spent most of our time around the pool. It was very nice and relaxing. The home was wonderful and very comfortable. We look forward to coming back in the future. We would recommend the "Colors of Baymar" to anyone looking for a very nice home in a great location.

This is a beautiful house! It`s been lovely there: The pool is large and clean, there is a big barbecue on a terrace from which you can see the ocean and the house is clean and feels like a home! We stayed there with 5 people and had plenty of room in the house! The beach is very close and there is a publix market about a mile away.
