Executive Mini-Estate overlooking the 4th Green on the Ponderosa Golf Course - This 3 bedroom/2 bath, 3222 sq. ft. house was built for Entertaining! Extremely clean custom home with great all-day sun exposure and sky lights in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. Recently remodeled with extensive rock work, oak, tile, hardwood, new carpeting and fresh paint. The house has wrap around decks and an extra lot adding to the feeling of wide open space. Plenty of room for off-street parking.

The house is a Frank Lloyd Wright design with 4 split-levels and massive 50 ft. beams running the length of the house. The main room is 1200 sq. ft. with no walls to obstruct your golf course mountain view in the summer and a snow covered meadow in the winter. Very nicely decorated in mountain lodge decor – bed and breakfast feeling with down comforters, cozy quilts and all the comforts of home. **New Spa on private side deck**

The Gourmet Kitchen has tile countertops, oak and glass cabinets, a double oven, cook top, Kitchen-Aid Dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is ample seating in the upstairs with a couch, loveseat, easy chairs, bar stools, and a dining room table and chairs. The upstairs has an entertainment center and a rock fireplace wall with a country woodstove insert with futon couch and large pillows, that invites the ultimate in relaxing and is very romantic.

The bedrooms are all oversized and the Master Suite has a King brass bed, loveseat and easy chair, a walk in closet and an oak/tile bathroom with double sinks, large marble round Jacuzzi tub surrounded by marble columns and mirrors and a glass enclosed shower.

The Upstairs Guest room has a Queen white-washed pine bed with a fan lamp and beautiful oak hardwood floors, and the Downstairs bedroom has an oak mission-style Queen bed and furniture. The Downstairs Rec Room focuses around a pool table,and has an entertainment center, woodstove, 2 couches (1 is a Queen Sofa Sleeper), a loveseat, easy chair and barstools.

Easy Access to house off Highway 267 to Brockway Road (10191 Reynold Way, Truckee) and close to bike trails and the Truckee Regional Park. Northstar Ski Resort is 5 minutes away, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts are 15 minutes away, North Shore Casinos are 15 minutes away and Reno is a 35 minute drive.

Security deposit is $500 and will be fully refunded no later than 14 days after your departure if home is left clean and without damage. Additional charges 10% Room tax per night and a $200 cleaning fee.
