The 2nd floor contains 4 large Bedrooms; 2 King Masters, 1 King, 1 Queen & full bath. A huge covered deck & screened-in private hot tub room are accessible from all the bedrooms.
The top floor living area is an island paradise with the best sunset views in Avon - beautiful decor with 46 inch wide-screen TV and home theater system, including all digital cable with 20 premium movie channels. The tiki style kitchen with ample bar seating, a large dining area with seating for 10 guests, and the wet bar with refrigerator & serving table, plus screened porch and large sun-deck provide space & convenience for everyone. A large, private Master bedroom is nearby also, along with a 1/2 bath to serve the living area.
"Island Girl" guests have exclusive privileges to the Kinnakeet Shores oceanfront beach club, sound-side community pool/tennis, & "Club Hatteras" - pool, playground, putting green, & fun-filled planned children's activities.
