We just returned from 9 days at this beautiful condo. I can't say enough about the views, the water, the restaurants and everything else we experienced in our first trip to Florida. The owners, Peter and Suzanne were very accommodating in our last minute request to rent the condo and made everything so easy. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated to reflect the seaside. We slept to the sounds of waves breaking and woke up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises without leaving the bed in the master suite. Thank so much Peter and Suzanne! Recently returned from a week at Indian River Plantation. The condo was great and the owners were very easy to work with. The condominium was extremely clean and was nicely decorated. The condo is located on the top floor and the views were amazing. We enjoyed coming back from the beach / pool every night and enjoyed a few glasses of wine on the deck while relaxing on the very comfortable lounge chairs. We also enjoyed having breakfast and lunch out on the deck. There are lots of great places to eat and we can't wait to return in the near future. I highly recommend it!

We had first stayed at the owner's Massachusetts Inns several times, so we knew what to expect at Hutchinson Island. The Penthouse IS the finest on the beach with a wonderful sunrise view from the master bedroom. The bed linens are high quality, high thread count and guarantee a good night's sleep. The condo is very well equipped. If you ever tire of the great restaurants in downtown Stuart or Jensen Beach, the new kitchen is made for foodies like us. And, there's a Publix Supermart close by with a fabulous wine selection, meat department and bakery. Availability to use all of the Marriott's amenities is a real plus. You can walk to the pro shop and play golf or tennis.The condo's heated pool is very quiet, but the nearby one at The Tiki Bar is a great place for people watchers who want to mix with other vacationers and the locals, who pour a great drink. There's also a big Jaccuzzi there. Next year will be our sixth staying at " Our Beach House" as the Conway's call it. Seriously, we wouldn't go if we couldn't stay here. Our flight home was cancelled, so Peter extended our stay for an additional day and made the arrangements for housekeeing to come in later. What a deal ! We give Peter and Suzanne SIX STARS. They couldn't be more accommodating.

Great ocean front condo. Excellent view. Condo was very clean and very well appointed with everything you need - just like home. Owners are great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. Pictures accurately reflect the unit. Lots to do in the area. Great tennis courts. Many restaurants. Grocery store close by. Area good for running.

This is a terrific condo! We have stayed here two years in a row, and are planning to stay again this year. The unit is very clean, and has everything that anyone could need for a great vacation. We very much enjoy eating out at the local restaurants in Stuart and Jensen Beach, but we also like to eat breakfast or lunch on the spacious deck! We LOVE being able to listen to the ocean while lying in the king sized bed, and the view just can’t be beat. We really didn’t think that things could be any better, but we just found out that the unit now has WIFI!!! The owner is very accommodating, gracious and flexible. We hope to be able to rent this unit for many years to come.

We have family members from a non-ocean state in for a vacation and they really enjoyed this condo. The view was great morning to night - just right for a morning coffee on the balcony. The proximity to the beach made the trip as a very good beach is just steps from the condo and other good beaches are close by. It slept 4 comfortably and those of us who are Florida residents enjoyed our visits to the condo as well. We got to do a turtle walk and see a loggerhead turtle nest and return to the water. Fishing right off the beach was fun as was our visit to the close-by Florida Oceanographic Society's aquariums and touch tanks. There was good dining and shopping close at hand in downtown Stuart. We would definitely use this property again. The owner was accessible and accommodating when there was a delay in getting into the unit.

As kids we would travel to the area to visit family. As adults we keep coming back because we love it. This condo has everything you need to have a great beach vacation in a comfortable environment. We love to dine and cocktail on the water. Here, we do that at each meal in the comfort of "our condo". The balcony overlooks the beautiful ocean and while there is a tiki bar close by, it shuts down at dusk so as not to disturb the occupants. (important for me!) If you do choose to go out, there are great restaurants nearby in the quaint town of Jensen Beach. I have been renting this condo for years and it is very well maintained, recently upgraded and the owners are reliable and accomodating. I would highly recommend renting this property if you are looking for a great time on the beach with the kids or even some quiet time alone. Enjoy!

Everything stated here was accurate and it was nicer in person than the photos. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was in a great location, with beautiful views and very quiet even for being on the beach side. My son and husband were just excited to be able to play Xbox 360 on the wonderful large screen. We did purchase the membership for the week but never used it for anything, can't be used for towels and chairs/umbrellas had additional charge. The price was fair for the area and the space was good for my family of 5 persons. I also have to say that the cleaning crew did a such a great job!!
