Only 2 blocks to the beach, one mile to downtown shops, restaurants and the 27-hole public golf course with views of the gulf. Visit the many beaches, parks or take the kids to Disney World or Busch Gardens, only 90 minutes away.
This spacious, 2300-square-foot home has a large open feel with tile floors throughout living area and wall to wall carpeting in bedrooms. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is perfect for large families or even two families with big rooms and plenty of storage throughout. The open kitchen and family room area makes it perfect for entertain with its 24" stereo TV and DVD. It’s also a perfect spot to enjoy the antique wood burning fireplace. The family room is adjacent to the perfect game room. The game room has a pool - pin pon table, a sleeper sofa and tons of board games to entertaint the kids. Also, the game room has beautiful glass doors looking over the heated pool.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with its own TV. It also has his and hers closets. Master bath has double sinks, also bath tub and shower. A second master bedroom is located at the other side of the house. The room has a queen size bed with a nice dresser and its own TV. It also has its own bathroom with shower. The third and fourth bedroom, each has two twin beds. The third bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

This house was just what we wanted. I read where someone said that updates where needed, but really my family was very pleased with it. We did not spend alot of time in the house anyway and the location was outstanding. I think we are going to try and get it again this summer. I almost don't want to write this in fear that the avialability will go down, but I felt it needed the praise. Thanks again the Hankins familyRecommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Needs a little updating in certain areas. Overall it was a nice place and was close to Venice Beach (would recommend the drive to Siesta Key beach though). Pool was small but felt good anyways. Close to any kind of resturants you wanted and all kinds of stores.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Your vacation home was beautiful and very accommodating. Location is a true plus! We have never been to Venice this is such a quaint town. I think our family will come back to visit. We left behind a stainless steel scoop for futre families to use. It help us find around 50 shark teeth! Thanks, James and Dawn P.S. We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot. The pool is nice and relaxing. The kids had a lot of fun. The barbecue grill is very good. We left you a fishing rod.
