This spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bath non-smoking condo is located in Tower 4 (the newest and nicest tower) on the 10th floor at the world class Long Beach Resort. It features two oceanfront master bedrooms each with their own private baths and walk-in closets.
There is balcony access from all rooms. This condo has a laundry room with washer and dryer for renters' use and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have TV’s with cable and there is a flat panel hi-definition TV with a DVD player in the living room. There is a stereo with CD player in the living area as well.
This private end unit with floor-to-ceiling windows is accentuated by bright, beautiful interior decor. This is a great location, near Panama City’s finest restaurants, shopping and family fun activities.
This vacation rental sleeps 8 people, with a king-size bed in the first master, 2 queen-size beds in the 2nd master bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The dining area seats 6 people and there are 2 chairs at the breakfast bar. Each bathroom features large marble baths and double vanities.
Enjoy the large lagoon pool (7000 square feet with islands and waterfalls), whirlpool spas, 2 heated Polynesian pools, seasonal poolside bar and grill, 2 lighted all weather tennis courts, and jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on-site as well as 24 hour security with gated access.
