High Pointe Resort is located on the Emerald coast next to Rosemary Beach. Unlike other condos along this spectacular stretch of the Emerald Coast, this 108 unit GATED condominium complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with an enormous lagoon pool and island water falls, on-site tiki bar & grill 'Cascades', hot tub, kiddie pool, playground, shuffleboard and tennis courts.
This quaint area takes you back in time when family vacations were just that... a family vacation. Relax on the beach, read a book by the pool, take a family bike ride to the ice cream parlor across the street. Actually, park your car and ride your bike to everything...great restaurants, a spa (with excellent massages), shopping, even a wine and cigar bar! Or just stay on property and read, rest, and soak up the sun, dine in or dine at our own bar and grill which overlooks the beach and has a breathtaking view of the sunset.
Our condominium is Prime location for those with children or those who don't like to take the elevator or stairs. We have a perfect view of the landscaped lagoon pools' waterfall and a great grassy area in front of our patio. On a clear day you can see some of the emerald coasts ocean water.
Our poolside walk out unit has all the upgrades you will need to make your stay perfect. It is rated PLATINUM by our Management team. Our bright yellow walls, hand painted murals, custom bedding professional window treatments and NEW FLAT SCREEN TV's are just a few things that make our condominium like a 5 star resort.
Our master bedroom is painted coral with a palm tree theme. It is surrounded by glass windows and a sliding glass door that lets you escape to the patio from your bedroom. It is equipped with a king size bed with top quality bedding and pillows, plus an oversized rocking chair for a place to read or sit and rock while watching the children at the pool. The bathroom is attached with double vanities and a separate toilet and bath area. The Second bedroom is large with twin beds, custom window treatments, and top quality pillows and bedding. We also supply a bed rail and pack n paly for your little ones.
We have a FULL size kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need. There is a separate pantry and separate FULL sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen over looks the breakfast bar and dining room. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining table seats 6.
The family room over looks the lushess landscaped waterfalls at the 6500 sq. ft. Lagoon pool. It has top of the line comfy couches, one which is a queen sized pull out couch with a sealy mattress.
Our condominium is a home away from home with all the upgrades you can imagine.
