"Playacar" is a private, gated-community, located just 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport in the Playa del Carmen Hotel Zone in the Mayan Riviera. The condo is on the 10th tee of the championship 18 hole Playacar golf course, designed by Robert Von Hagge and only a 2 minute walk to the golf club house.
This is a 1500 Sq./Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1st floor (NO STAIRS) Poolside Condo. There is free wireless service for your computer use.

Very large ( 1100 Sq/Ft ) 1 bed/1 bath ground floor poolside condo, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, with pool and golf views, and terrrace. It has air conditioning and 2 televisions and FREE wi/fi. Sleeps 4 maximum. All Reef Club amenities as with the 2 bedroom condo.
There are 2 large shade palm trees at your front door garden. Guests have the use of the Chac- Ha private pool (shown in photos) and have FREE Playacar beach access through the Reef Playacar Hotel directly across the street (a 3 minute walk to the beach). Just a 2 minute walk to the Golf Club House.
Only a 4 minute taxi or about 20 minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen.
The condo sparkles with marble floors throughout and with a marble tub and shower in each bathroom. Every room has a ceiling fan and individually controlled air conditioning. Each bedroom has 2 windows and the Master has a private bath. There are 2 sliding glass doors that open onto the patio (overlooking the golf course), and the pool deck. There is a wonderful view of the golf course and swimming pool from every room.
It is beautifully decorated with tropical, hand-made rattan furniture from Guadelajara. The hand-made Tiki Bar on the patio is a great place to view the lovely sunsets over the golf course.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and all appliances. Eat at the breakfast bar or dining table.
Three TV's make it possible to satisfy everyone's taste in entertainment, since with satelite, you have the ability to watch different channels (which you cannot do with much of the cable system here).
The condo is directly across the street from The Reef Playacar Hotel, through which you access the beach as well as use their pools, chaise lounges and showers. All-inclusive packages are available for a charge at the REEF.
Extras: Full-time staff provides pool; gardening; security services.
ACTIVITIES
Many guests love to lounge poolside, others enjoy the beaches of Playa del Carmen. Which ever you choose, you will have a wonderful time. Whether it's eating good food or relaxing over drinks, enjoy every minute of your well-deserved vacation.
If you want to sightsee - Mayan ruins, Sian Kaan, cenotes, Xcaret, Tres Rios, snorkel at Xel-Ha or Akumal - there are guided tours or you may explore on your own. Walking along 5th Ave.in Playa del Carmen, you will see many shops and restaurants. There you can catch the Ferry to Cozumel for a day's visit.
There is also a wonderful Aviary located on Xaman-Ha, right here in Playacar.

Hey Steve & Sue Not only did we sample every beer in Playa, we tried every tequilla too! But we also made time to enjoy the snorkeling at Xel-Ha and the ruins at Tulum. A perfect combo!!! Thanks for everything....your condo was wonderful - a great location and soooooooooo comfortable! Love the TV..........don't have as many channels at home! Hasta next time!

The second time is definitely as good as (or better) than the first - we loved the restaurants you recommended.....especially the Aluz with its stalagmites and stalactites.......the diving was wonderful and exciting. Muchas gracias
