This Condominium is in the beautiful and historic Stonehurst Village. Set on 33 private acres, the Village boasts the quaint mountain lodge experience coupled with perfect access to shopping, local attractions and mountains. Located right on scenic Route 16, our Condo is located in the prime section of the Manor grounds. On the grounds is the beautiful Stonehurst Manor with outstanding mountain views! You will find our Condo exceptionally clean, air conditioned, smoke free, fully-furnished with linens, bedding, a fully-equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer.
New furnishings, new floors,and linens. There is one bedroom with queen bed, Master bedroom with queen bed and master bath, and one bedroom with 2 sets of wooden bunks for children and/or extra guests. Master bedroom has television with free cable access. There is a dining room, living room, another den with fireplace or woodstove, 40 inch flat screen TV hosting 134 premium cable channels, free HBO, and free high speed broadband wireless internet access! Large loft area with pool table. Sliders to back deck and front door parking for added convenience.

Let me know what dates you are interested in. I will respond with availability and total cost. 50% is required to reserve the dates and can be paid over the phone or online via debit/credit card. After receipt of deposit, your dates will be reserved and your rental agreement will follow via email. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
One week prior to check in I will email your check in instructions which include directions, unit map, and access code to the front door. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.

We have rented from Michelle several times over the years and all her condominiums are the same - nice, clean and well furnished. She provides everything you need for starters, trash bags, paper products, soaps, cleaners, linens, towels, etc. You will need to supplement paper goods, trash bags, and the like if you stay a while. The location is perfect and close to everything. We stayed over Christmas 2010 and the maintenance staff did a fine job keeping the roads and parking areas clear of snow at al times. Nice to be able to bring the four legged family member too - Buddy enjoyed his stay as much as the rest of us did!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay. Our family stayed here with my wife's family and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The place was so nice and clean with plenty of amenities. Close to everything in North Conway and the wood fired pizza from the Stonehurst Manor was a pleasant treat. Highly recommend these condos. Michael & Audrey

My family shared this condo with my sisters family last February school vacation. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The kids enjoyed being able to share a room with the two bunks. They really loved having a pool table and that occupied their time. The condo was a nice place to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Everything was perfect and the views were beautiful. Don't hesitate to rent this place. We'd go back again.
