Welcome to Georgian Bay - Collingwood Accommodation Our 2000 square foot executive home is located right on the shoreline of beautiful Georgian Bay. This two story home has all the quiet charm of secluded country living but offers the convenience of modern holiday living. We are just minutes from marinas in nearby Thornbury and Meaford. The area abounds with golf courses (you could play a different course every day for nearly two weeks). In the winter, we are 15 minutes from Ontario's premier ski resorts and the beautiful Georgian Trail (two minutes away) doubles as a cross-country ski trail in winter and a hiking and biking trail in summer and fall. If snow-shoeing is your thing, we have forests and fields in which to wander. Our house features a modern kitchen with all the utensils and table settings. A den/library can also double as a bedroom. The living room/dining room/kitchen is an open concept and affords a wonderful view of the Bay. You can relax after a hard day biking or skiing in front of our entertainment centre featuring satellite dish/VCR/DVD and the blaze of one of our two gas fireplaces will add a nice cozy feeling on a cold winter's night. A large two story high vaulted ceiling entrance hall leads up a beautiful oak staircase to four spacious bedrooms (all with a view of the Bay). The master bedroom contains a gas fireplace sitting area with sliding glass doors opening onto a secluded second story deck. And, have a nice relaxing soak after a hard day on the trails in our Roman tub. If candlelight, wine and a hot tub are your thing, you'll love our enclosed deck just off the living room through the french doors. This home was custom built and professionally decorated by the owners. It was done with a great deal of care and a lot of love.

Available all year round .. $2800-$5200/mo. This rate includes reason-
utilityable utility use & cleaning fees.  $1000 security deposit upon booking
refundable no later than 30 days after vacating (no interest).
Deposit is forfeited if renter should cancel & a replacement
cannot be found before the commencement of the agreed rental.
Weekly rates are negotiable upon request.
