DOWNSTAIRS:
The downstairs area has a double bed, the WC closet, a TV with over 105 channels and music. It is charmingly decorated by its art dealer owner.
UPSTAIRS:
The dining room sits in front of the skylight. In all fairness no dining room table in this city can boast a more SPLENDID VEW of the South of Paris and the Pantheon. Lit until midnight you can savor your nightcap while enjoying the city of lights to the fullest.
There is also a small working area.
The fully equipped galley kitchen and shower area are also on the mezzanine.

Welcome to Atelier 3... Here is the story of this place..In 1954 my father fell in love with this studio but he was already in love with my mother and had already decided to propose to her. She was the daughter of a diplomat used to large homes so he feared the place would be too small for her. He reasoned that if she tried to discourage him to buy it she wanted to marry him and if she liked it she had no plan to do so. So he took her to visit it and get her opinion on his proposed purchase: On the doorstep she cried with great enthusiasm " C'est fan-tas-ti-que".. After they got married he joked that she had married him for his digs. In spite of leaving France, we always kept it, we love it, it is so special. Have a most excellent stay in the place where it all started for me. Enjoy the view, enjoy the sky, enjoy the place enjoy Paris. Au revoir, Gail
