With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, our luxuriously appointed and spacious vacation villa has everything that you need - just bring along your luggage. With a calm and tastefully appointed Mediterranean-style interior and extra large sparkling pool and waterfall feature, Villa Provence will be the perfect base for your family sunshine days at the theme parks and shops of central Florida. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. Also equiped with Wireless High Speed Internet Access.
The spacious lounge is the perfect place for your family to gather at the end of an action-packed day at the theme parks. With sumptuous furnishings to relax in - and lots of luxury s-p-a-c-e, you can sit and talk, read, or watch your favorite shows and movies on the cable 42" Flat Screen TV W-DVD/VCR, or listen to music on the stereo.
The kitchen has been equipped to make food preparation for your family a simple task - with all amenities thoughtfully provided. Choose to eat together at the "formal" dining area or in the nearby breakfast nook.
Sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser, night-stands and lamps, walk-in closet space, radio/alarm, telephone, cable TV, and a spacious and private en-suite bathroom with twin vanity, walk-in shower, bath, and toilet. A second master bedroom with a Queen-size bed, dresser, night-stands and lamps, walk-in closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, shower and toilet. There's a third bedroom with a full-to-twin bunkbed and dresser, night-stands, and nearby bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with two twin beds.
We do hold to a 5 night minimum stay and a 7 night stay during Holiday (USA Holiday) weeks.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet-skis (or other similar watercraft) shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property.

This was about our 5th year of travelling to Kissimmee at March Break. The home had everything we needed and it all worked well. We have had issue in the past with pool/spa heat at a couple of other houses. This house, with separate hot tub did not dissappoint! We used the community pool, tennis, volleyball and snack shop and were quite happy with the common facilities. Of the homes we have stayed at in the Orlando area, this one we would recommend first.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just returned from a great stay at this home. The house was easy to locate and was just a short drive to the parks/monorail for Magic Kingdom. The house was clean, comfortable and afforded us space for everyone in our family. We had everything we needed for home-cooked meals. The children loved the pool...a perfect way to relax and cool down for our mid-day breaks. The owner was very helpful in answering all questions before our trip and the management company was incredibly helpful with a question once we arrived. Highly recommended!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
