To the rear of the sitting area is the kitchen, with separate pantry and laundry areas. Down the hallway are three good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite bath, separate sitting area and king-size bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and share a full bath. The house can sleep six in roomy comfort. Outside, there is an enclosed, secure parking garage and a separate carport. There are several private areas where you can sit or dine. And, of course, there is the view, and the beach. The house is newly and fully furnished and equipped, right down to the knives and forks. Nearly everything in the house is new, and of quality. Email me for additional photographs. Bloubergstrand (strand=beach) is a close-in suburb of Cape Town, lying across Table Bay from the city. You are walking distance to great restaurants. You are 5 minutes to great golf, 15-20 minutes to city center, and 30 minutes to the fabulous beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay, to the sports venues, and the wine routes. In other words, you are close to everything you want to be close to yet in your own private place with the beach at your front door and that view of Table Mountain to enjoy any time of day.
