Our newly renovated home sits on a very deep canal in Gulf Harbors, a unique waterfront community located on Florida's Gulf Coast with it's own private beach. The beach has covered shelters, restrooms and BBQ grills! This clean home has a 2 car garage and is 1400 square feet. There is a queen bed in both bedrooms. A flat screen TV and DVD player is in the master and the 2nd bedroom also has both. The living room has a very comfortable sofa with two recliners and a pull out sleeper (Double). There is a large walk-in closet in the master and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and pans- everything you would need to fix a meal, including a microwave, coffemaker, blender, spice rack, and toaster.
This is a very quiet neighborhood that is just off of the main road US 19 so you have easy access to so many places. You can travel south to the beaches, north to the rivers and springs, and east to Orlando and Disney World. Our fishing boat sits in our boat lift with a floating dock available for your boat. A short idle takes you directly out to the gulf! You can even fish directly off of the dock. The canal is 15 feet in depth. This is what Florida is all about!!!

The Unique Benefits at this House
Gulf Harbors is located just off of US 19 in New Port Richey. You have quick access to many areas of Florida. You may take the Veterean's expressway to Tampa for shopping and night life. You may go south 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach for the beaches. Tarpon Springs is just next door with its Greek influence for antique shopping, restaurants and sponge diving trade. To the north you will find the crystal clear springs and winding rivers for tubing, canoeing and manatee watching.

My husband and I live 30 minutes south of Gulf Harbors. We were looking for waterfront property and a friend suggested Gulf Harbors. This unique area is like nothing else. Each of the canals were dug in order to give the maximum number of homes waterfront and access to the gulf. There is even a private beach and golf course for the residents. The deep water canals allow even the largest sailboats to dock. We keep our 23' Proline fishing boat at the home for quick weekend fishing trips- mostly inshore. We catch trout, mackerel, shark and even grouper. My best catch was a 33' cobia in 4 feet of water!
