This exclusive penthouse is located in the Gateway Mountain Lodge in Keystone, Colorado- one of Keystone's most luxurious properties. Please look at the detailed pictures on my personal website that you can access below. River Run Village is a short walk (250 yards) from the Gateway. A free skiier shuttle is also available which stops outside the Gateway lobby entrance and takes you the lifts at River Run. The ground level of the Gateway is lined with retail shops including a wine and spirts store, ski rentals, a family style restaurant and one not to be missed is the Serenity Spa- an exclusively Aveda day spa. The Gateway also offers workout facilities,pool and hot tub.
The 2000 square foot condo is on the penthouse level, facing the ski mountain. It is ideal for large group gatherings or more intimate vacations. The granite kitchen is equipped for all your dining needs- wether you are entertaining or relaxing. There is plenty of seating for apres ski meals or large breakfasts at the kitchen bar and/or new dining room set.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful mountain view and its own spacious and well appointed full bathroom. On the main floor is the master suite with a massive king sized oak bed and glass doors that open to the private deck overlooking Keystone mountain. The tiled master bath has a glass shower and a separate jetted tub.
The second guest suite has a queen sleigh bed and a large, tiled full bath. Upstairs is the loft area with a foose-ball table and oversized bunk beds. On either end of the loft are two more bedrooms- both with tiled and spacious full baths. One room has two twin beds which can be put together for a king and the other has two double beds. All the bedrooms are very spacious with ample closet space throughout the condo. There is also a washer/dryer unit enclosed for your convenience off the loft area.
The great room has Colorado style windows that are 2 levels high and make up the wall facing the mountain for truly scenic Colorado views. The cathedral ceilings are 18' high and we have a big screen television for relaxing with a movie or for the sports enthusiast to watch their favorite sports. Secure underground and heated parking is also available.
River Run Village is the newest addition to Keystone Mountain and it is a pedestrian village with a center courtyard for all types of festivals and events. The village is lined with retail shops, restaurants and coffee shops ranging from local variates - such as my favorite, the INKSPOT Café, to Starbucks. Walking and biking paths connect the different areas of Keystone resort and at the far end of the resort is a beautiful and picturesque golf course.
