Our GINGER COTTAGE is the perfect place to see the East Side of the Big Island.

Lava is currently flowing but not guaranteed...please see this site for up-to-date info: at hvo.wr.usgs.gov. We are about a 20 minute drive to this Public Viewing Trail.

Come and enjoy your centrally located Studio Cottage on a quiet dead-end street. 1 Queen-size bed; one folding futon mat or full-size air mattress can sleep 1-2 young ones on floor. Reserve a spot in our adorable vacation rental.

Your Cozy Studio Cottage is a separate stand alone unit. We live in the house out back on the property. We respect your privacy but of course we are always available to our Guests who want to "talk story".

CENTRAL LOCATION on East Side of the Big Island--only 5 mins. to Restaurants, Groceries, Farmer's Market, Shopping; 20 mins. to Volcano Park, Hilo Town, Rainforest Zoo, Beautiful Beaches, Warm Springs; 40 mins. to Waterfalls, Botanical Gardens, Road to Mauna Kea with its World Class Star Gazing--telescopes available every night!
