Think of this as a vacation home that has all the elegance of the finest hotels in Hawaii at one fourth the price. This unit offers anything you can dream of ; honeymoon, romantic vacation, adventure with the family or a get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Why pay $195 to $250 per night for a typical deluxe condo when you can get this kind of elegance for much less? Is this too good to be true? No not at all. Read on and check out the pictures.
Because of this condo's newly remodeled interior, brand new furniture, appliances, kitchen that includes granite counters and bath rooms upgrades, it is considered a "Deluxe Condo" by vacation rental standards at the affordable price of $149 per night. It is a luxurious place to rest while enjoying this garden paradise. This jewel like beauty sleeps seven comfortably with a pack and play porta crib for infant or toddler. If you need to work or check your email, there is a high speed internet connection.
The surrounding area is home to the historic Haleiwa Town, the Polynesian Cultural Center and beaches where surfing became legendary. Snorkeling and scuba diving is located at Shark's Cove. The beauty of this protected area will take your breath away. The fish and coral formations are incredible.
During winter the waves become liquid mountains. The Vans Triple Crown of surfing is located 15 minutes away during the months of November and December.
The "Blue Hawaiian" is located an hour's drive from Waikiki and downtown Honolulu and forty five minutes from the Honolulu Airport. The property is located only a short one quarter mile stroll from a public beach located next to the newly renovated Turtle Bay Hotel. Since the property is adjoined with the Turtle Bay Hotel, you can enjoy fine or casual dining, enjoy a drink at sunset at the beach front bar, book tourist trips or listen to the nightly live entertainment. You can play golf on either of the two 18 hole-championship courses located next to the property; surf the North Shore; take a horse back ride; walk on 5 miles of white deserted beaches through the famous Ironwood Forest, take a swim in the bay with the turtles or in any of the three pools that ring the condominiums; enjoy the trade winds and lay back and sun on either of the two beautiful beaches; play tennis; or walk to one of the best restaurants on Oahu - Lei's Lei's. This restaurant is located next to the golf course pro shop. Lei's Lei's is known for its coconut shrimp.

Our newly remodeled/redecorated/refurnished two level condo is located in the prestigious Kuilima Estates West. It sits adjacent to the 3rd hole of the George Fazio Golf course. It features a vaulted ceiling in the newly decorated front room. A new dining table that seats six awaits you in newly extended lanai. Ceiling fans are placed in all the rooms for your comfort. The upstairs bath and shower area were renovated in the summers of 2005 and 2006. The unit was completely recarpted in July 2006. This unit is fully equipped for your living comfort and convenience. The refrigerator and full size washer/ dryer were purchased in 2005. The microwave and stove were purchased in 2004. A new whisper quiet dishwasher was installed in November 2007. Duing the summer of 2008 granite counters were added in the kitchen as well as a new stainless steel sink, faucet and nearly noiseless garbage disposal
The master bedroom was enlarged in 2005 and a tiled patio was added. The master bedroom comes with a luxurious brand new king size bed, cable TV and DVD player for those lazy days. A new high quality futon was purchased in 2006 and was placed in the living room. This futon provides for an extra sleeping area downstairs. Upstairs a queen and single bed await your sleeping pleasure. The upstairs bedroom furniture was brand new in 2006 as is the new black granite bathroom vanity.
In addition this unit comes with a newly remodeled kitchen containing brand new state of the art cabinets. All the lower cabinets have pull out drawers for your cooking convenience. You have everything at your disposal to create a gourmet meal. The put of cabinet drawers contain a griddle, rice cooker, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot and stainless steel pots and pans. Not in the mood for elegant cooking then enjoy a casual BBQ by the pool located steps away. The unit comes with an A/C unit in the bedroom for your comfort. Don't like air conditioning then go tropical by simply opening the doors and windows, kicking on the fans and enjoy the soothing trade winds. This unit is fully equipped for your living comfort and convenience.
The unit is furnished so that you feel like you are in paradise. The Kuilima West Estates are encircled by 800 elegant acres. Parking is secure with your own assigned space. Kuilima has its own 24 hour security. This unit is second to none. Once you stay here you will want to come back and stay longer. You will be asking again and again for "The Blue Hawaiian".
