Studio divided in two by a sliding door, one part is the living room with an L-shaped sofa (two beds) with a large sea view bay-window, the other part has one double bed (or two single beds) with a window overlooking the hills, kitchenette, bathroom.
This studio is part of an exclusive residence located at 17 km from Olbia (Port and International Airport), opposite to Porto Rotondo and near Porto Cervo (approx. 12 km), the residence is surrounded by 90 ha of gardens and Mediterranean bushes. It includes 3 km of beaches, small bays and the famous Rena Bianca one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. You can rent beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs or couches. There are several tennis courts and it is possible to rent boats, windsurfs, etc.
The Residence has a very well equipped Port, Restaurants, Pizzeria, Hairdresser, Bar, several shops, newspapers stand, tobacco shop, Medical Doctor studio , ATMs, services and a supermarket. The Residence has 24/7 security guard service. At three km distance there is a small charming village, San Pantaleo with a Church on the main piazza, shops, restaurants , drugstore, medical doctor studio.
