We believe the flexibility of staying in your own villa is hard to beat. This superb 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom executive villa is extremely spacious and offers accommodation for up to 10 persons. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Enjoy total privacy, space to spread out, no queueing for the bathroom and best of all being able to make a cup of tea when you want.

High on our priority list was the Location. You will find directions to the villa are very easy to follow, so it is hard to get lost. CALABAY PARC is on H27, and only minutes from the 192 which makes it a fantastic location, 30 mins from airport, 15 minutes from Disney, within 2 mins drive you have supermarkets for all your grocery needs and local restaurants. The new CHAMPIONSHIP GATE GOLF complex is about 5 mins drive, and with easy access to the Interstate 4, you could be lying on a beautiful beach in less than an hour.

THE VILLA

Two Master bedrooms with en-suites, so two families can easily share. Large walk-in closets. (Mum's priority!) One twin bedroom and one further double bedroom which share a third bathroom.

The large kitchen diner is fitted with an extensive range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a fridge freezer that incorporates an icemaker. Should you wish to cook in the villa, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for you to use. We also provide dinnerware suitable for the pool area

In our games room we have aimed to provide the very best for all our guests.It is equipped with a Full size 8FT Pool Table & 7FT Air Hockey table with deluxe scoring electronics.JUST perfect for keeping the kids entertained (big One's too!) while you relax at the pool.

Outside, the fully screened pool deck features a large heated and lit pool (heating optional extra, recommended between the months of October to April) sun loungers and patio furniture, with shade provided by covered lanai with overhead fan. As we have children, safety in the pool area is a must, so the pool has an additional safety fence.
