This condominium is located at the popular Horseshoebend section of the lake at Mile Marker 14, close to many popular local attractions, golf courses, and restaurants. The Emerald Bay Condominium complex is five years new and boasts breathtaking views of the Lake as well as many amenities including: tennis and basketball court, swimming pool, club house with fitness equipment, and covered boat areas (slip #E13 is included with your stay).

This condominium has EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home and on vacation at the same time!! The condominium comfortably sleeps six people with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms - the master bedroom has a king bed, a full private bathroom with two vanities and walk-in closet, a 19 inch color TV with cable and VCR, and a sliding door to the private deck so you can enjoy the Lake views right from bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, adjacent full bathroom, and a 13 inch color TV with cable. The living area has a full-size sofabed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, stove, and microwave. It is stocked with all the kitchen items you will need including cups, glasses, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, mixer, can opener, coffeemaker, and blender. Your meals can be enjoyed at either the glass-top dining table, a breakfast bar, or on the private balcony table and chairs.

The living room provides comfort year-round with a ceiling fan, a glass sliding door to the deck as well as a gas fireplace for the cooler season. The décor throughout is tasteful, comfortable and immaculate and for your entertainment the living room is equipped with a large 35 inch color TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo system.

Additionally, the condominium is equipped with a full-size clothes washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. A covered 12 by 32 boat slip is available as well (#E-13) with marina launch site nearby.
