Dozens of golf courses, Cape Cod baseball, excellent fishing, and larger beaches within a short drive.
This recently rennovated year round vacation home offers something for everyone and sits on a private road in a quiet, residential neighborhood. This roaming Cape Cod style house offers single story living, new wide plank pine floors throughout, with open spacious living areas and separate sleeping areas. Three of the bedrooms are on the east side of the house, with an adjoining full bath. The fourth bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, with a private en suite half bath, and there is another full bath as well as an outside shower. This design is perfect for a family and grandparent vacation, or for any group. During the day, this house offers an open kitchen/living great room with fireplace and large center island, and a dining room with french doors on both sides to let the breezes blow in.
Available for rental year round. Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 1 King, 2 Queen bedrooms (1 queen with 1/2 bath en suite), two twin beds (day bed with trundle)plus a toddler bed. Plenty of space for a family vacation, or for up to four couples. Other amenities include a working fireplace, cable TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, 2 new full baths with full tub/shower, third new bath is 1/2 bath, plus a hot/cold water outdoor shower. Main floor washer and dryer, fenced patio area with gas grill (seasonally).
This is a child-friendly house equipped with a pack-and-play portable crib, 2 high chairs, and games, and some toys for kids. Window fans in all bedrooms, 2 beach chairs, a stroller and a cooler, also available. A short drive to downtown shops and restaurants in Chatham, Orleans, or Harwichport.
