Newpark Resort in Park City, Utah is a brand new luxurious townhome located within the Newpark Area, which is adjacent to Redstone Towne Center, the just opened Newpark Hotel and the upcoming Newpark Town Center & Main Street.

Newpark is being hailed as the newer side of Park City, Utah with its fabulous shops, restaurants, entertainment and outdoor venues. Located just minutes from all 3 Park City Ski area's which you have incredible views of, this luxurious townhouse was completed in 2006. This vacation home features two Master Bedrooms, three Full Baths, and a den sleeping area with bunk beds. It will sleep up to eight people comfortably with 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Bed & 3 twin beds. Featuring the best views in all of NewPark this townhouse features an impeccable family/living room with floor to ceiling windows framing unobstructed views of Deer Valley and the Park City Mountain Resort areas.
The 1,300 sq. ft. townhouse borders the 1,100 acre Swaner Nature Preserve. Up to 8 guests will easily be able to spread out and enjoy this well appointed townhouse. Along with the 2 Master Bedrooms others will sleep peacefully in the queen sofa sleeper in the family room and two more on the bunk bed in the den. Reserving this townhouse is easier than booking a hotel room and so much more enjoyable.

The location and brand new upgraded furnishings make this townhouse the place to come back to again and again. The townhouse has a great hot tub to unwind in and look out over the mountains and reflect back on your perfect ski day or that birdie on #8. Three flat screen LCD televisions, a new computer with cable hi speed internet along with free wi-fi (wireless) access for your own laptop and free long distance and local calls. Everything to make your stay as perfect as possible has been thought of.
The kitchen features gourmet high-end touches. Slab granite countertops, brand new stainless-steel appliances, slate flooring, knotty alder custom cabinets and every cooking item you will need to whip up your favorite culinary delights. Then again if cooking is not for you, walk on over to Redstone Towne Center and choose from a range of restaurants, cafes, and other eateries.
Upstairs you have two master bedrooms featuring vaulted ceilings, each with a private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own LCD TV, an in home pc is free to use with hi speed cable internet and free wi-fi along with free telephone and long distance use. The larger master suite has a beautiful deck and incredible mountain views through the wall of glass. The den area has a brand new bunk bed and bedding for two more guests.

We had a fantastic ski trip and really enjoyed staying in this condo with our family. The views of the nature preserve and mountains were beautiful and the location is close to the ski resorts and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice to have three full baths.
