With large open beam ceilings, our home has skylights throughout, a luxurious Master Bath (double shower heads in shower, whirlpool bath, and bidet), a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, and is always Super Clean! It has 3600 sq ft of living space plus over 400 sq ft deck space.

Want to go to the Beach? Just one house from the beach and you are there to play in the surf or on the sand.

Something to do? Just a three block walk will take you to the Newport Pier and Boardwalk, to the famous "Fun Zone" with its arcades, restaurants, and rides, or ferry to Balboa Island with its shops, beautiful homes, and restaurants. Venture out to Fashion Island or to one of our many other beach communities. Or, just bask in the sun on one of our two sundecks or very spacious, second floor patio.

Accommodating ten with comfort, privacy, and wonderful gathering places. Bring your surfboard, Boogie Boards, and bikes or rent them nearby.
