Want to go to the Beach? Just one house from the beach and you are there to play in the surf or on the sand.

Just a three block walk will take you to the Newport Pier and Boardwalk, to the famous "Fun Zone" with its arcades, restaurants, and rides, or ferry to Balboa Island with its shops, beautiful homes, and restaurants. Venture out to Fashion Island or to one of our many other beach communities. Or, just bask in the sun on one of our two sundecks or very spacious, second floor patio.
