This beautiful, comfortable and spotless two-story duplex townhome is located next to the Park Meadows Golf Course in prestigious Four Lakes Village. The property is within easy five minutes driving distance to Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons Ski Resorts, and to Old Town, Main Street and Prospector Square area. Our renters love the place and we do too--you will feel very much at home.
The highlights of this spacious 3000 sqaure foot unit include a large Great Room with a cathedral ceiling and cozy gas fireplace (the perfect gathering spot), a romantic master bedroon and mountain views of Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. The Great Room adjoins the open and well equpped kitchen and dining area. Other features include an enclosed two car garage, mudroom, expansive wood deck and wireless high speed internet.
As for sleeping accomodations, the romantic upstairs master has a king bed, large bathroom, walk-in closet and mountain views. Also upstairs, at the other end of the hall, is a bunk room with two bunks (four beds) and full bath. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All of the rooms are attractively and professionally decorated. It sleeps up to 10.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We bought this place about five years ago, after owning (and selling) two other great Park City homes over the last 25 years. By the time we bought this one, we knew this was the best development in the part of town. It is very close to skiing and Old Town/Main Street, yet has a rural serenity. Many of the neighbors are year round locals and incredibly friendly. Whether you stay for two days or two weeks, it will instantly feel like home.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
This is the penultimate place for a close-knit family or group of friends. The centerpiece of the place is a large and comfortable Great Room, with a cozy fire place and plenty of soft sofa and chair space for lounging, TV or playing games. Some of our best family times have been spent hanging out together there. The kitchen is connected, so whoever is cooking doesn't miss out on the fun. For times when some privacy or solitude is desired, the bedrooms are quiet even when the Great Room is buzzing.

Mike and Mindy Scarano began coming to Park City since before the first of our three children (Amy-20, Matt-17 and Hayley-12). We all love to ski (downhill and cross-country), hike, fish and mountain bike, and we enjoy PC as much in the summer as in winter. We spend about three weeks a year there and make our primary home in San Diego. We hope to spend more time in PC in the future.

Don't look any farther---this is one of the finest rentals in Park City! Beautiful decor and very spacious. Best part is each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own bath. Skiers will love the mudroom. we enjoyed everything here for a month. Hope to return next year.

The house was everything I imagined and more! Very clean and well taken care of and close to Main st. There were 8 of us and everyone had plenty of room to rest and play and cook in the kitchen. I would tell all my friends who are going to Park City to stay there.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a wonderful home, very spacious and in a beautiful location. Would definitely return in any season. Loved the fact that the little ones could play right out the back door, building snow forts and running around the trees. Great place for multi-generational families as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also nice having a garage. We loved the place and encourage anyone who likes lots of room that this is the place.

This house was a great find for our ski vacation. It is less than ten minutes from Park City Mountain, The Canyons, and Main Street in Park City. We arrived to find a very clean and organized home ready for us. Everything was in fine working order and the design of the house was perfect for the five of us having more than enough room to both find some time alone and to hang together in spacious living room. Wireless internet was very convenient and worked without a problem. Great location and very well maintained. I would stay there again.

This place is fantastic. We have stayed here several times and it is great for a group – easily sleeps 10 people, lots of room, nice kitchen and open living room. Very close to town/ski resorts. Highly recommend it!
