This home has everything... Heated pool, free private beach pass, fishing poles, games, and two bikes. The house has been completely remodeled and comes with everything you need for a great vacation. We accept small pets. The master bedroom features a king bed and cable TV. The second bedroom sleeps two in twin beds and also features cable TV. There is a queen futon that sleeps two off the dining room. High Speed Internet access is provided - bring your PC! Free (US only) long distance is provided as well.
Enjoy fabulous sunsets at the private gulf coast beach just a short bike or car ride away. This home is located 15 miles north of Clearwater in New Port Richey on a beautiful waterfront canal lot.
Note: - The Main bath is located between the bedrooms. The second bath is very compact and is located off the pool. While it has a shower and is accessible from the house, it is mostly used as a convenience for those using the pool. The picture of the boat is the one that is assigned to this house. We reserve the right to substitute a similar boat if this boat is out of service for scheduled maintenance. We maintain these boats to the highest standards and have very little problems with these boats. In the unlikely event that our mechanic verifies your boat is out of service during your stay for more than one day (and we can not substitute a spare boat), we will refund $40 per day for loss of use of the boat.

This was our second time staying here. Obviously, we loved it the first time and couldn't wait to come back! The first time we were here during the winter, and it was delightful, since we are from up north and missed a few snowstorms! This time we came in the fall, and the weather was gorgeous! This property is very clean and well-maintained. We like the fact that we can bring our dog... she loves it here! We especially enjoy the pontoon boat, and being able to take leisurely trips out in the canals to the Gulf. We saw quite a few beautiful sunsets from the boat. This time we also discovered the town of Tarpon Springs with its wonderful Greek restaurants, gift shops, and boat trips out to the Gulf. We saw dolphins alongside the boat, and they took us to a sand bar where we were able to do some shelling. This property is true to its description. It has everything you need to have a most enjoyable and leisurely vacation. The owner and maintenance man are always available to help in any way. The photos show just how lovely it is. We will be returning for our third stay and look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at this Floromar Property. Met with the property manager on our arrival and he was extremely helpful which gave us great confidence that we made the right choice for our vacation. Having the use of a Pontoon boat was definately a bonus. We got in some great fishing, catching numerous trout, catfish and many other fish species completely foriegn to us Canadians. Enjoyed some spectacular sunsets on the water while drifting along in the boat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to kick back and have a relaxing visit on the Gulf coast and who enjoys being on the water. This was definately home away from home for us, with a lot better weather than up North and we can't wait to get back someday. We just love New Port Richey, Florida.

We had a wonderful week and would have loved to stay forever. We were scouting the area for relocation purposes and this property was wonderful and in a great central location. Fully equiped. We wanted for nothing. To sit by the canal and watch the sunset. Just Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! The house was very clean and comfortable, and lacked nothing as far as supplies go. It had everything as described and seen in the photos. Having use of the pontoon boat was a plus. We went out every day, and our dog loved it! The owner and maintainence man were always available to answer questions and help in any way. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and yet within a mile away there are tons of shopping areas and restaurants. We've already booked our next stay, and can't wait to return!

We stayed at this property in October 2010. We found everything we needed for a totally relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I agree the pool is somewhat small - but adequate for 2 people or a small family. Very refreshing when returning from a day of great fishing on the pontoon boat! We love this property and plan on returning again... and again!

My partner and I have just spent a month in this vacation home, It was a wonderful experience, which we hope to repeat next year. The owners went out of their way to make it so. The property is well situated and the view from the pool is great. The photos do not do it justice. I would recommend this home to any one who wants a quiet peaceful location, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a great place to chill out.

WE HAD A PERFECT VACATION. THIS RENTAL HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN A VACATION HOME. FROM A CONVENIENT LOCATION TO ALL THE LUXURIES. Had a wonderful time in home.Fishing was good, on boat and just off the dock. Our mother caught a baby shark 6 miles out in ocean.Pool was a little small but for small family it was perfect and had lights for night swimming.Home has a perfect location close to resterants, grocery, shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. Plan on 2 weeks next year.

We were lucky enough to stay here over the 4th of July. The fireworks over the water were beautiful. The view outside the back door was perfect. This was the perfect place for our vacation. Our dog loved sitting by the pool and going for boat rides on the pontoon boat. He was a very happy camper the entire week we were there, he didn't want to go home and neither did we. There is a sandbar not too far out and we loved it there. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. The boat was perfect, too. The owner went above and beyond and the property manager was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
