20' pontoon with 50 HP Outboard- Included- experience required - Indian Rocks Beach, Florida Waterfront Home "Pompano House" This home is located 15 miles north of Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach in New Port Richey. The attractions of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater are just a short drive away. The Orlando amusement complex is a two hour (one way) drive, making it a possible long day trip if desired. The rental fee includes free use of 20 foot Pontoon Boat (with 50 HP Outboard Motor), tied to the dock in your backyard. The boat may be used to cruise the canals (dolphin sightings reported by many renters.) If you prefer, listen to the waterfall while relaxing in you in your attached heated screened-in pool. Optionally, make the short trip to our large private gulf front beach (passes included) and enjoy the legendary gulf sunsets. This updated, two-bedroom, two-bath home has a king bed in the master and two twins in second bedroom, with a pull out in living room. It comes with free bikes and fishing poles. This home has everything you need, just bring beach towels.
