Enter into the Upper floor with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and outside deck. The south-facing living room with gas fireplace, and distressed leather sofa and loveseat overlooks the Eagle River and mountains beyond. New 37 inch HD-LCD flat Screen TV with DVD and stereo. The fully-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The bedroom, with Eagle River views, includes a private bath, bunk beds that sleep three in a double-twin arrangement, and TV with DVD.
The lower floor includes the master suite, the third bedroom and laundry room. Both bedrooms have Eagle River views. The master suite offers a king bed, 27 inch TV with DVD, and outside deck. The master bath has an oversize soaking tub and separate shower as well as duel vanity sinks. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV with DVD and its own private bath. The Laundry Room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The two community hot tubs overlook the Eagle River and are only steps away. A detached single car garage is available.
The free Avon shuttle bus stops in front of Canyon Run with Starbucks, a great local bakery and the Town of Avon another 100 paces beyond. The Avon shuttle is just a short five minute ride to the new Beaver Creek chairlift, Avon restaurants and shopping, and the 40,000 square foot Avon Recreation Center with indoor pool and water park as well as fitness club. Vail is a short 12 minute drive east on Interstate 70. You will find Vail Village and Beaver Creek accommodations about double the cost of staying in Avon.
Just a quick note on Avon Accomodations -- many are older (pre 1980) and many are impacted by Interstate 70 traffic noise. Check on these two issues before you rent to avoid surprises.

We loved our stay at Canyon Run #F102 (12/18 - 12/22). The property was beautifully appointed down to the condiments needed to cook a great meal. There were even humidifiers for each bedroom, making for very comfortable sleeping. We were a party of 6 (2 families with 21 year old college students) and there was plenty of room for our coats, boots, poles etc... in the walk-in entryway closet. We kept our skis/boards outside on the front deck which overlooks the river. We especially loved being able to walk to some great restaurants - Vin 48 was amazing and Bob's was great fun after dinner. We had a fresh foot of snow every day so the skiing/boarding was exceptional. I would definitely consider renting this unit again and will recommend it to my friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse. It is beautifully furnished and had a wonderful view of the river. Our daughters loved the room with the bunk bed and had their own cozy hideaway for the entire trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for those nights we decided to cook at home. We ended most days with a trip to the hot tub which also had an amazing view of the river. This townhouse was such a wonderful place to feel relaxed after a day on the slopes. The location was great and we were in walking distance from the gondola but we also took the shuttle when we wanted to go into the town of Beaver Creek. Being close to Starbucks was also a big plus! The owner, Mary, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Beaver Creek area!
