The lower floor includes the master suite, the third bedroom and laundry room. Both bedrooms have Eagle River views. The master suite offers a king bed, 27 inch TV with DVD, and outside deck. The master bath has an oversize soaking tub and separate shower as well as duel vanity sinks. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV with DVD and its own private bath. The Laundry Room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The two community hot tubs overlook the Eagle River and are only steps away. A detached single car garage is available. The free Avon shuttle bus stops in front of Canyon Run with Starbucks, a great local bakery and the Town of Avon another 100 paces beyond. The Avon shuttle is just a short five minute ride to the new Beaver Creek chairlift, Avon restaurants and shopping, and the 40,000 square foot Avon Recreation Center with indoor pool and water park as well as fitness club. Vail is a short 12 minute drive east on Interstate 70. You will find Vail Village and Beaver Creek accommodations about double the cost of staying in Avon. Just a quick note on Avon Accomodations -- many are older (pre 1980) and many are impacted by Interstate 70 traffic noise.
