Main cottage - Santa Barbara, CA Vacation Cottage Rentals in Montecito Situated at the end of a quiet residential lane on just under 1 acre, this unique creekside property is walled and gated for the ultimate private get-away. The two separate cottages are nestled under many mature oak, sycamore, and avocado trees and are surrounded by manicured gardens and fountains. The two story "Main Cottage" has a living room, dining area to seat 10 guests, full kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a full bath and laundry room. The romantic Master suite (Cal King bed) is upstairs with beautiful views from all windows. The Master bath has 2 sinks, a shower, a clawfoot tub, and french doors leading out to a small deck. The "Guest Cottage" is made up of two bedrooms separated by a small den with a wood burning stove, piano, TV and computer. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other has a single bed and trundle/mattress underneath. The bathroom has two sinks, and a shower/tub.
