The first phase of remodeling has been completed. The condo now has marble floors throughout, and both bathrooms have new tubs surrounded by gorgeous marble. The tubs were custom built as were the sink areas. Sinks are marble with polished nickel fixtures. Painting is complete and new dishwasher, air conditioning, 42" flat screen television, and washer and dryer have been installed. The condo was always comfortable and cozy, and now it has a little more "sparkle." More pictures are available simply by contacting me.
Enjoy views from one of two decks in this unique 1 bedroom - 2 bath condominium. This 2nd floor Condo grants you a view of the harbor and city lights, as well as a partial view of the serenity of the Pacific. The unit is located near the parking lot and office, which makes carrying groceries very convenient. The walk to the pool takes about 60 seconds, or you can hitch a ride on the golf cart (certainly not necessary, but fun).
This spacious unit is freshly painted, supplied with adequate linens, and can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a Sealy posturepedic King size bed, living room has Queen sleeper, and there is an inflatable twin and queen size mattress in the pantry.
Terrasol is one of the few serene and private locations in Cabo, yet is a mere 5 minute walk to the center of town. Morning coffee is a treat as you sit on the adirondack chairs on the back deck overlooking the Pacific. The evening view of the Harbour and city lights is spectacular.
Terrasol is located at the farthest tip of the Baja. It is nestled between 2 resorts, but the beach is extremely private and no one but owners and guests may use our facilities. There are no vendors. Excercise equipment is limited, but a walk on the beach can also be a challenging workout.
Different seasons offer different activities and climates in Cabo. The weather is magnificent in October, when the "season begins." Days are very warm and nights are cool. November offers the fishing tournaments again with very warm days and cool nights. Christmas is a wonderful time in Cabo with lights, decorations, and even fireworks. Take a jacket, it gets a little brisk at night. From January to May the weather is spectacular. You can sunbathe during the day and be extremely comfortable at night. Air conditioning is not necessary until the heat of the deep summer.
Parking is available on-site (at the rate of $5 per day), or taxis await you at the gate. Security and privacy are outstanding; the staff more than helpful.
Daily maid service is available, upon request and payment. The condo will be cleaned before and after stay.

As the kids grew up, I found I needed a place to relax from a very rewarding but stressful job. I love my job, and now I love my time away from it as well. But I don't seem to be able to get rid of the kids!!
Why the Owner Chose Terrasol Resort
I discovered Cabo in 1996 and was immediately "hooked." I bought a time share and didn't use it for a while. A few years later, I went to Cabo three times in the same year...a time share and hotel were not sufficient. In 2004 I made an offer on my condo. Because I knew of Terrasol, I went to closing without ever seeing my "purchase." I knew Terrasol was a treasure, and it didn't matter what the condo looked like. With a little paint and elbow grease it would be fine. Well, I invested a little more than paint, but plenty of elbow grease, and the condo is pretty wonderful these days.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Terrasol is located on the very end of the Baja on a private beach. There are few resorts, hotels, or even private condos that have the features Terrasol does. It is a life within itself. The staff has been around for a long time. They remember my guests and treat them very well. It is truly a home away from home. Most of my guests return each year, and it has become part theirs. They treat my home as if it was their own. It would be nice for all of us to get together in Cabo at the same time!!

This condo is great for a short or long stay. It is very quiet and the grounds are well-maintained. It is very spacious, so great for a couple or small family. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to cook. Location is great as well, as it is right on a private beach so no annoying vendors or teenagers and about a seven minute walk to downtown and the marina. The staff on site are also very helpful with any problems that might arise in the condo or simply to answer questions about cabo san lucas. The pool area, bar, and grill are also very peaceful and beautiful and the food is cheap and delicious - especially breakfast. Carol is also very easy to work with, which makes the process stress free. We'd definitely stay here again!

We just got home after spending two super weeks in this wonderful unit in TerraSol. We really enjoy our time in this 1-BR condo because of its excellent location and the caring attitude of the people. This was out third time, and it won't be our last one. It was our first time to be there at this time of the year, so the breezes were a little different from the weather we typically expect there. But the two decks make it better. As the sun comes up in the morning, the deck off the dining room is a great place to see the morning begin over the Pacific. The warmth of the sun and the sounds of the waves combine for a great "Buenos Dias." Get too warm? Move to the patio off the living room. The cycle then reversed in the afternoon, switching from one patio to the other. The lights from the marina and downtown gave a glow to the evenings as the city life transformed from cruise ship tourists to part-time visitors to the locals. Seeing the fishing boats making their daily routine of taking people out with hopes and back with fish was always enjoyable. What a great place, whether you have a few days or a few weeks -- TerraSol is definitely the BEST location in Cabo! Thank you for making your home available to us again.

We first found hits awesome condo when we were looking for a place for a brother and sister-in-law to stay at the same time we were in Cabo San Lucas. We had seen the complex before (from the outside), but we'd never been on the grounds. We visited our family during their stay in the condo, and we really liked it -- the unit layout, the views, and especially the quiet and privacy it afforded. That was in 2008. The following year we stayed in this unit for 2 weeks -- it was awesome. The pools are nice (and not crowded as other resorts are), and the pool bar serves awesome food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We found the condo to be quite spacious and not lacking any amenities. We were able to buy our groceries in town and cook just about anything we wanted because the place is stocked with all the dishes, glassware, and cooking items you would need -- even some baking spices, etc.! The washer and dryer are an added plus so we can take fewer items with us and do some laundry while there. The ceramic tile is really nice and you'll want to go barefoot to feel its comfort. Also, the linens that are provided are top quality. All in all, this 1 BR condo is a great place to stay for quiet, luxury, a charming beach, and an easy walk into town. We were here for 2 weeks in 2009, and we've already booked 2 weeks for 2011. I'm sure you'll also thoroughly love the place!

We had a great time in this condo, it was nice and clean, and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone the price was fair and everything that was promised was there. Carol was also very helpful with info that made the trip go smother and more comfortable. We will be staying here again if we get the chance to go to Cabo again.

We stayed in Carols condo 02/22/10 for a week and absolutely loved it. We have stayed at Terrasol many times in a couple of different condos, this is now our favorite. The pictures do not do it justice, it is a very airy open space. With a "front and back" porch there is always a breeze flowing through the condo, we never turned the air on and never closed the windows. If you are looking for a place to veg this is it.

We stayed at Carol's condo from October 3rd-October 15th and we absolutely loved it. It had everything you could want in a condo, weather was not the best this trip but hey you are in Cabo so you work around the weather. Close to downtown but the private beach is so great. The palapa pool/bar is great and Mario is such a great host and friendly to be around. We love Cabo so much and will definately stay at this condo again. This is our 3rd time to Cabo and our 3rd time at Terrasol, love it all! Thanks Carol for being such a great person to work with. Definately recommend this condo to anyone.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 week and loved it! The condo was awesome! The views from the balconies were amazing. The location was great for whale watching! Enjoyed both Cabo and the condo very much. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable; the 2 complete bathrooms is a great feature. We used the tap water for coffee and had no health problems at all. The condo is peaceful but still just a very short walk to the pool and beach The palapa bar & grill has a great view, serves good food at reasonable prices, and is very handy. Loved the privacy of the beach and the sight & sound of the crashing surf. The only minor drawback to the beach was the lack of shade; no palapas, trees, or umbrellas - when you've had enough sun, you have to retreat to the bar for a drink(oh no!) or the pool area. We walked everywhere except when we had a load of groceries, and then we used the local bus service. It's easy and entertaining to find your way around the tourist section of town. Carol was a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to rent from her again.
