Carol's condo was everything we expected. It is well maintained and furnished with everything needed for a very nice stay. This was our third stay at the Terrasol and Carol's condo was the best of the three. Easy walk to town and cabs are plentiful. If you want to see a lot of people at the pool and loud music, Terrasol is not the place to stay! This property is quiet and restful. Pool is nice and the food and drinks are good and reasonable. By all means go into town as there are great restaurants there and nightlife if desired. We will come again!

This condo is great for a short or long stay. It is very quiet and the grounds are well-maintained. It is very spacious, so great for a couple or small family. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to cook. Location is great as well, as it is right on a private beach so no annoying vendors or teenagers and about a seven minute walk to downtown and the marina. The staff on site are also very helpful with any problems that might arise in the condo or simply to answer questions about cabo san lucas. The pool area, bar, and grill are also very peaceful and beautiful and the food is cheap and delicious - especially breakfast. Carol is also very easy to work with, which makes the process stress free. We'd definitely stay here again!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just got home after spending two super weeks in this wonderful unit in TerraSol. We really enjoy our time in this 1-BR condo because of its excellent location and the caring attitude of the people. This was out third time, and it won't be our last one. It was our first time to be there at this time of the year, so the breezes were a little different from the weather we typically expect there. But the two decks make it better. As the sun comes up in the morning, the deck off the dining room is a great place to see the morning begin over the Pacific. The warmth of the sun and the sounds of the waves combine for a great "Buenos Dias." Get too warm? Move to the patio off the living room. The cycle then reversed in the afternoon, switching from one patio to the other. The lights from the marina and downtown gave a glow to the evenings as the city life transformed from cruise ship tourists to part-time visitors to the locals. Seeing the fishing boats making their daily routine of taking people out with hopes and back with fish was always enjoyable. What a great place, whether you have a few days or a few weeks -- TerraSol is definitely the BEST location in Cabo! Thank you for making your home available to us again.

We stayed in Carols condo 02/22/10 for a week and absolutely loved it. We have stayed at Terrasol many times in a couple of different condos, this is now our favorite. The pictures do not do it justice, it is a very airy open space. With a "front and back" porch there is always a breeze flowing through the condo, we never turned the air on and never closed the windows. If you are looking for a place to veg this is it.

We stayed at Carol's condo from October 3rd-October 15th and we absolutely loved it. It had everything you could want in a condo, weather was not the best this trip but hey you are in Cabo so you work around the weather. Close to downtown but the private beach is so great. The palapa pool/bar is great and Mario is such a great host and friendly to be around. We love Cabo so much and will definately stay at this condo again. This is our 3rd time to Cabo and our 3rd time at Terrasol, love it all! Thanks Carol for being such a great person to work with. Definately recommend this condo to anyone.

11/9/09- Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The condo is very private, comfortable, and peaceful, and the beach is great for walks at sunset. Carol is very responsive and helpful, and her recommendations are spot on. Would gladly stay here again!

We had a great time in this condo, it was nice and clean, and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone the price was fair and everything that was promised was there. Carol was also very helpful with info that made the trip go smother and more comfortable. We will be staying here again if we get the chance to go to Cabo again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 1 week and loved it! The condo was awesome! The views from the balconies were amazing. The location was great for whale watching! We first found hits awesome condo when we were looking for a place for a brother and sister-in-law to stay at the same time we were in Cabo San Lucas. We had seen the complex before (from the outside), but we'd never been on the grounds. We visited our family during their stay in the condo, and we really liked it -- the unit layout, the views, and especially the quiet and privacy it afforded. That was in 2008. The following year we stayed in this unit for 2 weeks -- it was awesome. The pools are nice (and not crowded as other resorts are), and the pool bar serves awesome food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We found the condo to be quite spacious and not lacking any amenities. We were able to buy our groceries in town and cook just about anything we wanted because the place is stocked with all the dishes, glassware, and cooking items you would need -- even some baking spices, etc.! The washer and dryer are an added plus so we can take fewer items with us and do some laundry while there. The ceramic tile is really nice and you'll want to go barefoot to feel its comfort. Also, the linens that are provided are top quality. All in all, this 1 BR condo is a great place to stay for quiet, luxury, a charming beach, and an easy walk into town. We were here for 2 weeks in 2009, and we've already booked 2 weeks for 2011. I'm sure you'll also thoroughly love the place!

Enjoyed both Cabo and the condo very much. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable; the 2 complete bathrooms is a great feature. We used the tap water for coffee and had no health problems at all. The condo is peaceful but still just a very short walk to the pool and beach The palapa bar & grill has a great view, serves good food at reasonable prices, and is very handy. Loved the privacy of the beach and the sight & sound of the crashing surf. The only minor drawback to the beach was the lack of shade; no palapas, trees, or umbrellas - when you've had enough sun, you have to retreat to the bar for a drink(oh no!) or the pool area. We walked everywhere except when we had a load of groceries, and then we used the local bus service. It's easy and entertaining to find your way around the tourist section of town. Carol was a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to rent from her again.

I stayed here with my fiancee Feb 13 thru Feb 17 and this was our first trip to Cabo. The condo was very comfortable. It was like being at home without all the chaos of our everyday lives. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't use much. The views from both balconies were amazing. Everything was very clean. The location is great. It's far enough away from town that it is quite and peaceful but close enough to walk. We never took a taxi the whole time we were there. The beach is great even though you can't swim. The Palapa bar and grill was clean and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Everyone that works there was extremely friendly and the grounds are very well kept. We look forward to coming back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol's condo! It has a wonderful view of Cabo on one side & of the beach/Pacific ocean on the other. The condo was very comfortable & has a nice homey feel. We loved the view of the town at night from the high, comfortable, king-sized bed. The beach is quiet, private & beautiful. The condo's location is perfect--just far enough away from Cabo to feel quiet & restful, yet within walking distance from all the action. We highly recommend it!

Just stayed at the condo Feb 10th -13th with 2 girlfriends and we had a great time. The condo is very well stocked for anyone wanting to use the kitchen to cook although we didnt utilize it except for the frig which is new. The king size bed is very comfortable & the condo is very spacious. Easy walk to the pool and the breakfast and lunch at the Palapa bar is very good and reasonably priced. The beach here is not swimmable but the privacy here is worth it to be away from all the vendors. Mendano beach is not far if you want the craziness but its nice to come back to this quiet beach. Carol was very easy to communicate with thru email and answered all my questions prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at a Terrasol condo and we just fell in love with this unit. It's very quiet, has a nice layout, and very comfortable furniture - particularly the bed and sofa. Everything was in good working order and the owner had considered all the details in terms of equipping the place: plenty of towels, complete kitchen (everything - not just odds and ends), even extra light bulbs, toilet paper, napkins, etc. It's clear the owner spends time at the unit and that this is not just an investment rental. The feel of the place is much more a home away from home rather than a hotel room with a kitchenette type stay. We can't wait to go back.

Do to the fact our weeks were rented is the reason we decided to rent at your place at" Terrasol". Right next door to "Solmar" where we own. You have priced your condo very fairly. There was only two of us but ample space for two more or a whole family. Your condo is very large and has a great location. The condo has a very large living room and kitchen with two baths. No stairs to climb to get to your place and privatley located. Fully contained with washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances.The bed was very comfortable and large. We loved the two different views and you have a great view of Medano beach.We love the privacy of this beach and Terrasol has two large swimming pools . We have been coming to Cabo for the past 10 years and would stay at your place again if needed. It is a very quiet place to stay with the conveniance of walking to town.We would highly recommned your condo for anyone coming to stay in Cabo.You were very easy to rent from and communicate with.
