Free 18 ft. pontoon boat included for use with this home. The boat can be used to fish or cruise the canals looking for dolphins.
This waterfront home is located in New Port Richey in a Gulf Side community. It features a large heated pool with soothing waterfall. This home is nicely updated inside. It has a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and twins in the 2nd bedroom, with a Queen pull-out in living room, and another Queen pull out in the den.
A free beach pass to our private beach club is included so your group can enjoy a day at the beach or our legendary Gulf sunsets. We also have fishing poles and bikes for your use.

Sometimes when you book something online it is very unnerving with all the nonsense that goes on. We were absolutely delighted with the house,the location etc. but it is the personal and professional care that everyone gave us from the Owner to Arla the Manager and Bill the charming Gent who greets you when you arrive. Everything one could ask for is in this house. We will be back for sure!

Stayed here with my partner and her father a few years ago, back then the boat was a 17' Boston Whaler Montauk. Classic boat. Classic week. Far better than freezing in the UK. The house was for sale at that time and I would not have hesitated for single moment to buy if I could have liquidated assets quickly enough. Would have been..... I came, I saw, I bought. Enough said, Enjoy. I would strongly reccomend.

This was a great place that suited our wedding and vacation needs. Everything we needed was at the house and there was just enough room for us with eight in our group. It was great that we could take the pontoon boat out and go to Anclote Key Island and just hang out for the day! The location was great and the owner was helpful in every way that we asked for. We were married on the the private beach that we had access to through this home and everything was perfect!

This property exceeded our expectations and have to say it was exactly what we needed for a week in the sun. We fully enjoyed the pool, the boat, and the house was perfect for my family of 4. The owners/property manager were extremely friendly and guided us to an incredible island just a short boat ride on the Gulf. The island has an incredible sand bar where we enjoyed fishing right off the beach, the greenest, clearest water with huge shells right on the beach. During the week, it was like being on an isolated island just enjoying the sun, playing in the surf and relaxing.

My wife and I came to relax, enjoy the sun and water, and do some fishing. The pool was clean and we enjoyed having it with the 90+ degree heat. The pontoon boat was great, and we found the home clean and well-maintained. I love renting homes with a gas grill for outdoor barbecues - this home had everything the 2 of us needed (even internet access - wired). We hope to come back again some day.

We stayed at the "Tiki House" May 28-June4. Loved the pool, boat, and location. We spent several nights in the screened-in porch playing cards. Went on sunset rides in the pontoon boat and caught enough blue crab at the dock for a delightful appetizer. The only negative were the two pull out queen sleepers. They were very uncomfortable. Our family lives in the neighborhood so we will definately plan another visit and stay at the "Tiki House" Crystal
