We celebrated 44 years of marriage and used this unit for our Annymoon! THe unit is wonderful. Everything you need and very nice. Great location to the ocean and view of whales and boats. So very close to town, a ten minute walk. I recommend it to anyone! Look for the stars above the bed at night!

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned a few days ago from our first visit to Cabo and are already looking forward to the next time we can get back! We stayed in Delfin 114 and it was absolutely perfect for us. The condo is clean and well updated with a nice patio and view of the ocean. Most mornings we were able to have our coffee and watch the whales breaching in the Pacific. It is very quiet yet if we felt like a little more action it was only a 10 minute walk away. The only thing that we missed was having an outdoor grill. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks so much for the use of your condo Caren!!

This was our 4th trip to Cabo, but our first time at Terrasol, and I feel we have now found the PERFECT place to stay on future trips. For those who have not stayed on this particular beach before, in my mind there is simply no better place because it is peaceful and secluded, yet a quick 15 minute walk into town where all the action is. Caren, your condo is lovely, and we really appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to call it "home". We loved the kitchen which allowed us to whip up some fantastic food fresh from the Farmer's Market, then bring it out to the patio to enjoy it while watching the waves crash. Such a peaceful place to be. It is exactly what we needed to relax and allow our stress to melt away. Again, thank you! We will be back. :)

We have just returned from our 2nd stay in this very comfortable,clean & well equipped condo. It has been totally updated inside and has a wonderful beach front patio to watch the sunrise, the whales & the fishing fleet head out in the morning. The town is just a short walk away, but for us it was all about the long walks on the beach, relaxing around the pool and meeting all the other guests who were lucky enough to be staying at the Terrasol. The Terrasol staff could not be more accomadating. It really is the best of both worlds and we will definitely be back. Thank you Caren

Our second year in Cabo and our second year in paradise. We wouldn't stay any other place than Terrasol. We loved the option of cooking our own food or walking within minutes to an outstanding meal. So many options; go and party at Medona Beach or watching the killer whales from our patio on our private beach. Our condo was just as beautiful as our surroundings. Thanks Caren for making your place so wonderful-paradise in paradise!

Our vacation at Terrasol Delfin #114 was absolutely wonderful! When we stepped through the front door, I actually said "Wow!". We loved the "contemporary elegance" decor and it was much larger than what we had expected. Since it was night when we arrived, we woke up to a whole new world: gorgeous expanse of sand, view of the ocean, privacy, and lovely patio area. Our first day we decided to be lazy by the pool and certainly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of mostly middle aged adults. It wasn't until the following weekend that there were several families of kids but, no problem, we just moved over to the other pool. By the end of the week, Gary was addicted to the beef tacos at the pool's palapa. We walked into the marina area or town every night for dinner but having a kitchen was so nice for breakfast and lunch - and lots of ice for those margaritas! Be sure to take the water taxi from the Marina over to Medano Beach where, although we're in our 50's, we had a blast watching all the action. We are certainly looking forward to returning to your condo next year.

Hello, I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo to celebrate New Years 2009 and was very impressed. Having lived and travelled extensively in Hawaii and the Caribbean, I must say that this condo in Cabo San Lucas is fantastic: excellent front desk & concierge service, beautiful interior decor,architecture and landscaping; a prime location close to everything, and fantastic food right on site--definitely recommend the chicken fajitas-you will never taste such fresh & flavorful salsa and guacamole! I've stayed in several top-knotch condo resorts in my life, and Terrasol is certainly one of the best. Charming yet refined, there is something very intimate and magical about this property and surrounding area that you will feel when you stroll through the beautiful grounds and take time out to relax; the beach is literally right outside your door. I would definitley come back and recommend this unit to friends, family, and business associates. Aloha, Jessica

For the third year in a row we were fortunate to be able to spend much of December at 114 Delfin. All the wonderful things enjoyed in the past were still there—see comments from previous visits—plus Caren has remodeled with a new kitchen island and patio built-in benches with Sunbrella cushions. Even more time was spent on the patio. The Terrasol staff treat us as family and we feel so welcome there. There is not a more peaceful, tranquil place to be and the fun and friendliness of Cabo is just minutes away. Thanks again, Caren.

This was my second time coming to Cabo and second time staying at Terrasol Resort. My boyfriend and I both thoroughly enjoyed the suite and the proximity to the beach and water. The staff was friendly as always and the suite has all the comforts of home. We loved how quiet it is at Terrasol and being able to walk right down the street to the marina to the action. A close by place for lunch or dinner, I definitely recommend going right next door to the outdoor restaurant at the Playa Grande for delicious sushi. Otherwise the marina is close and there are so many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. You really don’t need to take a cab unless you’re wearing huge heels. ?Thanks again Caren!

We had our second stay in 114 Delfin for 16 nights in December 2007 and it was even better than our first stay--walking in felt like coming home. Cabo has been a favorite destination of ours for many years and finding 114 makes it even better. The owner is a delight to rent from and the condo is perfect for us. I’ve been going to Cabo San Lucas every yr. for 6 yrs. now. I have never had such a perfect vacation as I had while staying at Terrasol. Terrasol is an architecturally organic beauty; it mimics the landscape as if it’s part of the sand and sea. Terrasol is steps from Cabo’s blue water, white sandy beaches. It’s located on the quiet side of Lovers Beach where a mountainous hillside separates the two sides of the Lands End. Terrasol couldn’t be located in a better spot in Cabo. A quiet dessert like oasis where you can find tranquility and peace with a feeling of simple luxury. The accommodations were comfortable, beautifully furnished and supplied all the amenities needed. The service was excellent from the front desk staff to the servers at the swim up bar. Only a 10 minute walk from town, you will find great restaurants, shopping and bars/nightclubs. The walk to town is also beautiful. The entire walk is on the marina and brings you right into the heart of Cabo where you can find anything you need within a blocks distance. Terrasol is my new and finalized place to stay whenever I go on vacation to my favorite place Cabo San Lucas.

Spent 15 days in unit#114. The grounds at terrasol are beautifully manicured. The unit was nicely furnished and the location GREAT. Very quiet , peacefull and tremendous views of the whales and ships passing by. Would definetely stay again. (need a dvd player in unit)

I stayed in the suite that is owned by Delphin # 114. It was beautiful and relaxing. I loved the decor of the suite and the patio was delightful. 12.06 After almost 20 years of vacations in Cabo on the "Solmar Beach," we decided to trade the hotel stay for condo living and found this one on the same beach. The condo itself is beautiful and furnished w/everything you could need or want--the washer and dryer are a definite plus. Is there a better way to start the day than breakfast on the marble-tiled patio watching the sun rise? The condo is so peaceful and the location within the resort couldn't be better. The grounds at the Terrasol are breathtaking and kept up beautifully. The front desk folks were very kind and patient with us as we learned the ropes of staying in a private property. It was a "dream come true stay." Thank you again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it could not have been a more perfect venue! We enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo with the full kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck and seeing and hearing the crashing waves. Its close to everything and with an exceptional view of the sunset each evening. Even though we were there off season, we were still able to see a whale or two from the beach and plenty of rays jumping! The pool, the food, the staff were all wonderful. We were able to walk to shopping and dining and enjoyed the strolls along the marina right down the road. We absolutely loved the people and were easily able to find nearby activities such as parasailing, ATV's, snorkeling, etc. I would highly recommend it and hope we can return for our anniversary as well!

We loved the beauty of Terrasol; the architecture, low rise, and slow pace (many times we had the beach to ourselves) was very relaxing. The flowers, cactus, and Pacific Ocean are complimented by the architecture and we felt very peaceful during our visit. We rented an inexpensive car but observed many people enjoying the easy walk to Cabo and marina life. We were also amazed at the wonderful restaurant just off the beach. Just a palapa on the beach but oh the lobster night--$55 for two included lobster, shrimp kebabs, lobster mole bisque, fresh snapper, orange scallops and oysters rockefeller, dessert, coffee and a second glass of wine--oh my!! Thanks again

Location, Location, Location. we came to Cabo to fish, and fish we did! We were so excited to be so close to the marina, yet in a beautiful quiet serene place.We have fallen in love with the magic of cabo and will be back! Experience exceptional cuisine at Missions De Kings located at the corner of 5 de Mayo and Guerrero. We brought our fresh catch not once but twice and were amazed at the preparation and presention. (you don't need to bring your own fish, they run a full scale restaurant).My husband actually dreamed of the place after eating there the first night. We give it 5 stars. Ask for Alonso.Try the margaritas too.

We just had the engagement party last night and saw their pictures----so you can imagine Michael and Brooke are very happy and excited right now. Michael chartered a boat for a sunset cruise just for the two of them, popped the champagne and popped the question at sunset January 11. He said the concierge at Terrasol helped him plan the surprise by locating an affordable charter for him. They loved Terrasol and your condo. They especially liked having the beach right outside their door; enjoyed being able to walk downtown; spent a day at the spa at Playa Grande next door; swam often in Terrasol pools. The shuttle service worked great for them---thank you for that tip. I think it was a very special, relaxing week for them. Their favorite restaurant was Edith's and, of course, they hit The Office a couple of times for lunch. I asked if they would go back and got a definite YES from them. So I think we scored! It was a great adventure for them.

Terrasol is a spectacular place! I had been to Cabo many times before but had never discovered the secluded white sand paradise that sits just a few minutes walk from the many shops, restaurants, marina and nightlife downtown. We loved the convenience of being so close to everything, yet felt like we were tucked away from it all. The moment we stepped into the studio we were charmed by the beautiful, tasteful décor. The glass sliding doors opened onto a private patio with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Watching whales breech just off the shore and being mesmerized by the beautiful sunsets were two of our favourite pastimes. Having the choice of two pools was a luxury we greatly appreciated. I look forward to re-visiting this special corner of the world soon.

I spent an idyllic week at the Terrasol resort in Cabo San Lucas. I loved the location of the resort, directly on a quiet Pacific beach, ideal for romantic strolls or energetic jogs, and complete with spectacular sunsets. One of the resort's pools is right by the beach allowing one to sit on ultra-comfortable loungers while taking in the views of the ocean, of the unique Cabo rock formations and even of whales swimming by! Despite its feeling of being away from it all, the resort is actually walking distance from the Marina in Cabo, where all the action is. Fantastic night-life, great restaurants, good shopping are just a 10 minute walk away. The best of both worlds.... The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely deck that gets the morning sun and has views of the ocean as well. The staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there.

What a wonderful resort!!! Staying at the Terrasol Beach Resort was like relaxing in paradise! The unit was great. Spacious, clean, filled with all the necessary amenities. The bed was so comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The decor was tasteful, with a Mexican feel. The resort was quiet, making relaxing by the pool very easy to do. The grounds were well maintained and very nicely landscaped. It was a pleasure to walk around or just sit and gaze! The staff at the resort were wonderful, friendly, helpful, all went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. With 24-hour security, I always felt safe and secure. The location of the resort could not have been better. It's far enough away from "downtown" to get away from it all and have some privacy, but still within walking distance to some great shops, restaurants and clubs to round out our vacation. The beachfront was beautiful and clean, with the most spectacular sunsets every night of the week. I'm looking forward to booking my next visit as I would love to return to this resort one day.
