We all agreed we picked the perfect home for a getaway. We can't wait to return next Fall!!! It was so beautiful and cozy. The kitchen was great to cook in and very well equipped. We only left the house once to dine out because we didn't want to leave! No matter where you sat in the livingroom all the views were beautiful from all the windows. We really enjoyed the deck and privacy. It was great not to bring towels,sheets etc. The owners really take care of their guests and we've already bragged about "Dacha Dreams" to all our friends.

This cabin has everything! We took our boys up for the weekend with some of their friends and had the best time ever! So much to do and the cabin was just perfect for all 8 of us. It is also very close to the lake and there is a ton of stuff to do around there. We took along our dog and he was very much at home. Will definitely be renting at Dascha Dreams again!

My friends and I have rented this house for a weekend for two years now. We love the place and will for CERTAIN be renting again. The owners are very helpful and the hot tub is a definite benefit. Close to skiing/nightlife as well. BEAUTIFUL IN THE SNOW

Great place for a family getaway!

This cabin is a great place for a family vacation. The spacious master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms providing privacy. The kids loved the hot tub and would hop in it after coming back from the lake. It easily held 4 without feeling cramped. The cabin was just far enough from the lake that the trees provided a sound barrier from the boat traffic. It also was set at the farthest point back in a small cove so you did not need to worry about boat traffic when the kids went swimming off the dock. The path to the dock was just down the driveway and between two lakefront properties so carrying our kayaks down was not a problem. We went hiking on the ~30 acre community property trail in the back of the house. It was a great place to take the dog for a walk. The ability to take our golden retriever along with us on the vacation was a big factor in selecting the cabin. The fire-pit across from the deck provided a fun location for cooking hotdogs and s’mores. The cabin also had an extensive library suitable for multiple age groups. The diversity of the literature reflected the impressive background of the owners. It was also a pleasure to communicate with the owners. They promptly responded to our emails and appropriately set our expectations in all areas. The decorations and amenities were also notable. I particularly enjoyed the antique desk just outside the master bedroom where I could set up my laptop and check emails (internet access was provided). They also provided linens which were certainly an added convince. The kitchen was set up to support feeding a small army. All in all, our stay was just delightful and we wished we could have stayed at least another week. We certainly will be considering returning there again in the future.

We had our girls weekend at this home this year & it was wonderful! The bedrooms were generous sized & the beds very comfy. Not having to worry about anything made the weekend amazing. While we where there the hot water element went out - they had it fixed in just a few hours! We used the hot tub almost every night - we were thankful it was there. The location is perfect, secluded without being too far away from the activities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone - families, girls weekend, etc. It proved to be a great find. Ok one issue but really not a big deal since we didn't watch much tv - none of the remotes had batteries in them. We found this more amusing than anything else.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The experience of the Fall Season here was Awesome! The hiking and waterfalls are nearby. While sitting in the hot tub, the local deer wonder on by. It was a great trip!

Everything about this beautiful home was perfect -- warm, inviting, beautiful lake views from the wrap- around deck, private, yet conveniently located to Wisp, restaurants, etc. -- not at all like a "rental". We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend retreat and look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thank you for offering your home to us. Donna & Sean
