Relax and enjoy this spacious, luxury, coach home with ten- to 12-foot volume ceilings and 1630 square feet under air located on the edge of a private lake overlooking a nature preserve and fairway on the other side of the water. The view is spectacular in the morning sun or afternoon shade from the screened lanai.
Your coach home will accommodate four to six people easily in the two bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the den.
The master bedroom suite has 12-foot tray ceiling with fan, king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet. The six-foot patio doors which open to the lanai adds to the light breezy comfort. The master bathroom has a huge shower, double vanity sink with extra lighting, and private commode.
The guest room suite has two twin beds or can be made to a king-size bed. TV and ceiling fan add to the comforts. All linens are supplied for either bedding. The adjacent bath provides tub with shower and full vanity. Door in hallway affords privacy for this guest suite. Light and whimsical colors add to the theme.
Den has a queen-size sleeper sofa, desk, and TV in a secluded area. Deep soothing greens make this area a quiet reading room, TV lounge, or sleeping for two people easily.
Foyer opens to large living area with sofa, love seat, entertainment unit, tables, and ceiling fan. Twelve-foot slider windows provides spectacular view of water, preserve, and wildlife. Comfortable seating brings space for TV, VCR. DVD with surround sound music or socializing with friends. Room flows to dining area and opens to kitchen completing the general spacious feelings. Mauves, reds, and gold complement the settings. Natural pictures and professional photographs abound.
Fully-equipped kitchen provides everything to cook, bake, or entertain. Dining area seats six or select a table for two on the lanai. Enjoy more scenery and warm breezes. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Laundry room provides washer and dryer with extra room for storage. One-car garage also offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and three bikes.
Pelican Sounds has everything within its gated community. The magnificent golf course is available through members to renters or visitors. Designed by Senior PGA Tour player Mike Hill and golf course architect Chip Hill, the course blends natural preserves and ponds with the challenging 27-hole greens and fairways. The clubhouse offers a complete range of formal and casual dining, grill room and bar, golf pro shop, and complete men and women's facilities. Practice on the putting or chipping greens, drive balls to the aqua range, or take lessons with pros.
The River Club brings pools, fitness center, sun decks, boat launches, or free shuttles to the magnificent sandy beaches of Lover's Key. The more casual dining or sports bar is friendly all times of the year. Join friends, eat popcorn, and cheer your home town teams. Exercise in the fully-equipped health center and then relax in the warm jacuzzi or swim in the Olympic-size pool. Chose any of the six pools in the community. Canoes or kayaks are available to paddle up or down river and view the wildlife. Nature trails surround the community for hiking and biking. Outdoor grilling is available adjacent to the six pool areas.
If tennis is your sport select one of the lighted Har-Tru courts located near the clubhouse. Lessons and many activities or tournaments are offered.
Still have energy? Enjoy the glorious downtown Naples filled with shopping, art galleries, museums, gourmet or family dining, and open-air parks and beaches. Wander down Fifth Avenue or Third Street, end in Old Town, Tin City, or for a magnificent sunset at the pier. The town is elegant and beautiful, alive until late at night.
Nearby take time to see neighboring beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Collect shells, boat, fish, or just explore the many tributaries of the bays and rivers. Even more restaurants, more shopping, and sport's arenas are within a few miles.
