Located just a one-minute walk (150 m) from the center of the 16th century village of Valbonne with its restaurants and shops, this recently built villa nevertheless is completely quiet, has a totally secluded garden with a private pool and offers charming views over the village and hills.
The villa is light and spacious. The sitting room has high ceilings and an original Louis XIII fireplace from a French chateau, stone floor tiles, antique furniture, and an open access to the dining room. All four double-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, two are located on the first floor; all four bedrooms as well as the dining and sitting room have airconditioning. The swimming pool can be heated.
For all people linen and towels are included in the price.
The garden is completely fenced in and children friendly. The pool is secured by an alarm system. We regret we do not accept pets at the villa.
