Harbour Village Golf and Yacht Club Condominiums is a 4 and one-half year old resort comprising 172 acres and located 1/2 mile from Ponce Inlet which offers charter fishing, para-sailing, fabulous seafood restaurants, and a gambling cruise ship sails from the Inlet.
The resort has scenic greenways, a boardwalk system over marsh lands accessing the intracoastal with gazebos from which one can also fish. Harbour Village includes a marina restaurant exclusively for Habour Village residents and a TV station that presents a schedule of daily activities, such as water aerobics, cards games, tennis and golf activities, etc.
The executive golf course and tennis courts are conveniently located next to the condo's entrance. The condominium is located directly across the street from the ocean and offers many more amenities than do the older oceanfront high-rises.
The condo building has a community room and library and offers activities such as card games, etc. There is an indoor pool and physical fitness room and sauna with the newest equipment and also an outdoor pool. The greenways and boardwalks are used by pedestrians and bicyclists and are very scenic.
Ponce Inlet is an incorporated upscale small Town of less than 2,500 population with its own police department offering a very secure environment. Harbour Village also has its own security and all entrances and exits are keyed to facilitate security. The beaches are beautiful, wide, and scenic.
