Holiday Villas II is a five-star vacation retreat located on miles of white sandy beach. We are located about halfway between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. Centrally located within about one hour of 75% of Florida's most popular tourist attractions.
We feature a quiet family-oriented beach with spectacular sunsets. We are located on Gulf Boulevard. About 12 miles west of I-275. The Tampa International Airport is but a 30-minute drive. Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes away, and Disney World and Orlando with its many attractions are only a one and one-half hour's drive.
Our condo overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway and beautiful Tiki Gardens Park. From our front door you are only seconds from the beach or pool.

I am an Air Force Brat and have lived all over the US and well as Norway, Germany and France. I graduated high school in Frankfurt American H.S. After attending U of GA. Vet school I have been a small animal/exotic veterinarian in Clearwater for the last 28 years. Pets and people are my passion. :)
I can't get enough of warm weather and palm trees! My husband and I enjoy fishing the intercoastal on weekends. He runs a boxing gym and I am there 3 nights a week. What a workout!
My goal as a condo owner is to give all of my guests a beautiful home to call their second home in Florida whenever they wish to visit for a relaxing vacation.

. It is a lovely condo, well furnished and clean and the building has a very relaxed happy atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I will certainly try and come back next year if available. I would recommend to anyone to stop here. The owner is very flexible and good to work with. Katherine thank you Gary

Katherine, Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us for our vacation. Our family had a wonderful vacation. I love the new furniture and decor you have in the condo it really looks great. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the holiday villas II but it was the first year we have stayed on the that side of the complex and my husband said he likes this side better. We love the Indian shores area it is quiet relaxing and the kids always have a great time it is on the beach but close to everything. Our weather was fantastic too, the best we have had in 3 years. I really hope we can rent your condo again next year. Thanks so much, The Holmes Family
