Our Ridgewater home is situated in a wonderful neighborhood of newly developed custom built homes shaded with mature pine trees along a nearby water channel and children's playground.
Our home is well located, two miles from downtown Bend, 5 minutes to the Old Mill District, 23 miles to Mt. Bachelor, 20 minutes to Sunriver and 25 minutes to Sisters.
The property consists of vaulted ceilings, limstone and hardwood flooring, carpeted family room and bedrooms with a large private deck and therapy spa. The bedrooms are furnished with down comforter bedding (Two king bed, one queen beds and one full-size futon). The fifth sleeping area (also a full size futon) is located in a bonus room with a window and vaulted ceilings perfect for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and opens up to the large family room with a stone fireplace. All rooms are naturally well lit with an abundance of windows.
