We are just minutes away from all of these activities but far enough away that you will feel that you are in another world while enjoying all that our townhouse and resort has to offer. Your stay at our townhouse will help to make your Florida vacation memorable and relaxing.
Our privately owned four bedroom, three and a half bath Florida vacation townhouse villa is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highlands Reserve. Our home is the largest sized end unit at Regal Palms Resort with a living space of 1,856 square feet. Perfect for any size family or group. It sleeps 8 people comfortably. Our living room set has a queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. We even have 5 TVs and 5 DVD players, making it convenient for everyone to watch their favorite shows. One of our TVs is a 50" Plasma 1080p HDTV with a Blue-Ray DVD player in the great room. Enjoy our digital cable TV channels along with a 130 HD channels---On Demand TV included. We have a 32" Flat Screen HDTV in each of the Master bedrooms. One twin bedroom has a Mickey Mouse TV and the other has a Winnie-the-Pooh TV. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan for better air circulation. We provide use of a pack 'n play, high chair, and umbrella stroller for poolside use. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET Service has been installed inside our townhouse for our guests. Enjoy cooking on our BBQ grill while sitting outside at our table and chairs on the back patio. Use our extra large side-by-side stainless steel washer and dryer during your stay in our home.
Located at 308 VERONA AVE, our UPGRADED townhouse is only a two minute walk to the Resort Pool entrance---there is no need for you to have to take your car to get to the Clubhouse and Pool area as you might have to if renting a townhouse some distance away. We're right around the corner from the Resort facilities making it a convenient walk to enjoy all that Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers. The back of our townhouse faces the walled-in Resort, offering privacy. Be sure to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view---we face the water slide. Plus, the pool is open every night until 11:00 pm!!
While vacationing in our home you will have access to the resort pool facilities, such as the Lazy River, water slide, and hot tub. Inside the Clubhouse you can enjoy the restaurant and its sports bar, games room, and internet cafe. Bring your laptop with you and you will have access to FREE wireless internet service inside the clubhouse and outside on the veranda at the poolside area. High speed internet service will soon be provided in the townhouse for guests convenience.
Enjoy the services of the health/fitness center and beauty spa---facial, massage, manicure, pedicure. Shuttle service to the area theme parks and attractions is offered through a homeowner business for a fee. Tthe resort can give you information on this. Transportation is also available for Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and other points of interest. You will find the resort staff friendly and helpful so that your stay in our home will be a vacation that you will remember for years to come.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
We wanted to find a place close to the theme parks so we and our family could get back and forth from the parks without having to spend much of our time driving. Regal Palms Resort fit our dream of a Florida vacation because it reminded us of the Caribbean Beach Resort inside Disney World. We were lucky enough to purchase our home close to the resort pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
My husband loves sitting in the sun and using the hot tub to relax himself. My children and grandchildren enjoy the lazy river and the water slide is a big favorite. I enjoy finding a shady spot at the pool and sitting on the lounge chair while reading a good book.
We are close to all of the attractions Rte 192 and the highway so getting back and forth is a snap.

We had a wonderful experience renting this Regal Palms townhouse. It was exactly as described in the listing as well as very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful in planning our trip. The pool was tons of fun. Even on a day with a high of 55 degrees, we spent 3 hours swimming, sliding and playing in the pool (and warming up in the hot tub). We would love to stay in this townhome on our next visit to the area This was my first time renting via VRBO, and I am grateful to the owner for the easy, pleasant experience. Many thanks!

We just returned from our 5 night stay and completely enjoyed the property. It was everything we wanted...spacious, clean, wireless internet and the tv was a wonderful added feature. Our kids enjoyed having the pool and water slide. We enjoyed having the fitness center and walking distance to the pool. It's an easy drive to Disney, Sea World and Discovery Cove...no matter where we wanted to go it was a perfect location to be. The owner Diana was great in providing us all the details of where to go, where to get discounted tickets and even shopping and dining. Definitely recommend checking this property out!

My wife and I recently returned from our vacation, the property was more than we expected. It was close to all major attractions. The unit was very clean and spacious. Our son's family shared the unit with us sand there was more than enough room for the six of us. It wasafive minute walk to the pool and resort area. We would definitely stay there again. This was our 3rd stay at Regal Palms Resort and we had a wonderful time, the townhouse is very near the clubhouse which saves driving to the pool, something we`ve had to do previously, also i could sit on the balcony of the master suite and wave to my children on the pool slide when daddy took them! Everything was as described in the listing in fact it wasnt praised highly enough, exceptionally clean, very well stocked kitchen and linen store, if only my washing machine was as efficient as yours!! Lovely little `touches` everywhere to make it a home, the children enjoyed the dvd`s especially as some havent come out in england yet they thought it was like going to the cinema.We had a slight problem with getting the tv channels but we rung the `helpline` number and it was sorted instantly, we will return to your lovely home, thats for sure! Many many thanks.

We've just returned from vacation at this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The unit has a very nice layout and is very roomy! The resort is beautiful and the pool area was a blast! The owner of this property is very quick to reply to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. The location of the resort in relation to the parks is wonderful. It's a very short drive to the parks yet the immediate area is not overly congested at all. We highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

First time to this resort and won’t be the last! My mom & I planned this trip and wanted everything to be perfect..it was! The condo was just lovely. All the amenities AND extras one could hope for. In particular, the extra bedding, linens, full size washer & dryer and WiFi were great! We also found 2 inner tubes provided for the lazy river (resort will charge if you don’t bring your own). We were impressed with the recent updates to the condo - new beds, linens, flooring and much more. The patio furniture was a huge benefit. My mom especially liked the nice bench seat at the front door. The unit was nice & clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils and there were plenty of glasses & coffee mugs. The family pics on the wall made us feel welcome. The 15-20 min drive to the Parks was easy (no tolls) and the location of the resort to the grocery store (Publix), Walmart, Target & restaurants was very convenient. We would not have enjoyed our vacation nearly as much if not for the spacious & relaxing condo. Thank you Diana for maintaining your unit so nicely and adding so many “convenient” extras. I hope to visit again soon!!
