We could not have asked for a better experience. There were 9 of us (5 adults and 4 kids) and there was more than enough room. Each of the 4 rooms had a TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to make meals. The couches were new and the big screen TV in the living room was very nice to watch as we relaxed after a full day at the parks.The only thing that could have been updated was the carpets. Overall, wew can't wait to go back and stay at this townhouse again :)

I stayed at this lovely unit while my daughter's college team played softball in Clermont during their Spring Break. The team always rents at Regal Palms, so I wanted to be located in the same resort. Absolutely loved the unit at 308 Verona Ave! The location was fabulous...the rear of the unit overlooks the slide at the resort pool. The cleaning crew at the pool plays music after closing hours which was like a tropical bonus....loved it. The kitchen was clean & well stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, pots, pans & various "what-nots". All of the bathrooms were clean and did have one new roll of toilet paper, as well as a small wrapped bar of soap. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a ceiling fan. The owner made booking and paying simple. The photos show the unit exactly as it looks in reality. Wi-fi worked perfectly without any issues using the provided code. Furniture was beautiful and fit the unit nicely.....everything was well maintained and spotless. Close to all of the attractions, with a Publix shopping center literally around the corner from the resort, and a huge full service Wal-Mart down the street. Lots of restaurants and fast-food choices nearby, too. Although my daughter graduates this year, we hope to return to watch the team in the Spring of 2013...will be checking back in the fall once we have the dates for this unit's availability. Thanks so much for a very enjoyable vacation!

This a very comfortable place and suited our purposes almost perfectly -- add dish soap, a few spices (at least salt & pepper), maybe some cooking oil, a bar of soap, and some toilet paper and it would have been perfect.

Owner response:Thank you for your review and we are very glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. The town homes at Regal Palms Resort are self-catered rentals. Florida law is very strict on what can be left in short-term rental homes. Every person has their own favorite products that they use and many people do not care to cook while on vacation. We try to keep the cost to our renter guests as low as possible by not providing items that they may not wish to use. We would not want to stock our home with anything a person could end up being allergic to. Regal Palms has a convenience store on site and Publix is just down the road. This allows each guest to purchase the goods they wish to have for their use and eliminates the needless stocking of items that wouldn't be used and would have to be thrown away before the next guests' arrival.

We had a wonderful experience renting this Regal Palms townhouse. It was exactly as described in the listing as well as very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful in planning our trip. The pool was tons of fun. Even on a day with a high of 55 degrees, we spent 3 hours swimming, sliding and playing in the pool (and warming up in the hot tub). We would love to stay in this townhome on our next visit to the area This was my first time renting via VRBO, and I am grateful to the owner for the easy, pleasant experience. Many thanks!

Wonderful Stay...Everything you Want / Need

We just returned from our 5 night stay and completely enjoyed the property. It was everything we wanted...spacious, clean, wireless internet and the tv was a wonderful added feature. Our kids enjoyed having the pool and water slide. We enjoyed having the fitness center and walking distance to the pool. It's an easy drive to Disney, Sea World and Discovery Cove...no matter where we wanted to go it was a perfect location to be. The owner Diana was great in providing us all the details of where to go, where to get discounted tickets and even shopping and dining. Definitely recommend checking this property out!

My wife and I recently returned from our vacation, the property was more than we expected. It was close to all major attractions. The unit was very clean and spacious. Our son's family shared the unit with us sand there was more than enough room for the six of us. It wasafive minute walk to the pool and resort area. We would definitely stay there again. This was our 3rd stay at Regal Palms Resort and we had a wonderful time, the townhouse is very near the clubhouse which saves driving to the pool, something we`ve had to do previously, also i could sit on the balcony of the master suite and wave to my children on the pool slide when daddy took them! Everything was as described in the listing in fact it wasnt praised highly enough, exceptionally clean, very well stocked kitchen and linen store, if only my washing machine was as efficient as yours!! Lovely little `touches` everywhere to make it a home, the children enjoyed the dvd`s especially as some havent come out in england yet they thought it was like going to the cinema.We had a slight problem with getting the tv channels but we rung the `helpline` number and it was sorted instantly, we will return to your lovely home, thats for sure! Many many thanks.

Excellent Condo

We've just returned from vacation at this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The unit has a very nice layout and is very roomy! The resort is beautiful and the pool area was a blast! The owner of this property is very quick to reply to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. The location of the resort in relation to the parks is wonderful. It's a very short drive to the parks yet the immediate area is not overly congested at all. We highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

First time to this resort and won’t be the last! My mom & I planned this trip and wanted everything to be perfect..it was! The condo was just lovely. All the amenities AND extras one could hope for. In particular, the extra bedding, linens, full size washer & dryer and WiFi were great! We also found 2 inner tubes provided for the lazy river (resort will charge if you don’t bring your own). We were impressed with the recent updates to the condo - new beds, linens, flooring and much more. The patio furniture was a huge benefit. My mom especially liked the nice bench seat at the front door. The unit was nice & clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils and there were plenty of glasses & coffee mugs. The family pics on the wall made us feel welcome.The 15-20 min drive to the Parks was easy (no tolls) and the location of the resort to the grocery store (Publix), Walmart, Target & restaurants was very convenient. We would not have enjoyed our vacation nearly as much if not for the spacious & relaxing condo. Thank you Diana for maintaining your unit so nicely and adding so many “convenient” extras. I hope to visit again soon!!

This was the PERFECT vacation!!! We couldn't believe how beautiful and spacious the townhouse was. The resort offered everything we could imagine--spas, waterslides, restaurant, onsite convenience store. And we were walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and more! The best part is how close the townhouse was to Disney and other attractions. It was great spending a day or two at Disney and then relaxing by the pool at the resort. I highly recommend this townhouse. The owners were so accomodating and pleasant to rent from.

The townhouse was perfect! We had plenty of room for three families and would recommend it to anyone! The pool was a short walk and the game room was a blast! Diana was so helpful sending us very detailed information of what to expect/bring/ and things to do! We visit Orlando atleast once a year and this by far has been the best deal we have found. I highly recommend this townhouse.

The townhouse was amazing!! My family had an awesome, I have 2 children ages 5 and 3 and I couldn't get them out of the pool. The drive to Disney was about 15 minutes which was great. I would recomend the house to anyone. i will be returning next year for sure. Thanks!!

Just arrived back home and I had to let you know how much we enjoyed our family vacation and our stay at your Florida vacation home. It was nothing short of AWESOME! Everything went just great. Your home was the perfect place for 9 of us. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom with adjoining bathroom and our two daughters and their families "took over" the three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. It worked out great. We hit the Wallmart upon our arrival and stocked up on food, drinks, snacks and necessities. We also purchased two $20 strollers for our 5 and 6 year old granddaughters which saved us dragging strollers on the plane and at $10/day each for rental fees at the parks was a bargain. The strollers had a basket underneath which made it convenient for taking along snacks and sweatshirts, etc. We were able to make breakfast every morning as well as a few evening meals at "home" and it saved us a lot of money. We couldn't have stayed in a hotel for what it cost us to stay at Regal Palms and we wouldn't have had the space we had at the Townhouse. We were also able to pack light and do laundry. Twelve days is a lengthy stay so we took 2 days to just hang out and re-group and take advantage of the pool, which by the way the kids (small and big kids alike) enjoyed tremendously and it was a very short walk from our front door. Everyone was so friendly. We had one lunch at the clubhouse and the waiter couldn't have been more attentive. The girl at the front desk was more than happy to print our boarding passes for us the day before our departure (at no charge!!) Our Nextel cell phone worked just fine and the drive to the parks wasn't bad at all. We certainly made a lot of purchases while we were there and we went to the UPS store out by the Publix the day before we left and for $25 we shipped everything home -- how convenient is that!!! We did our homework and knew exactly what to expect and what we would need to provide. You were most helpful with the information we needed and also in answering any questions I had. I am very glad we went owner direct. I would do it again in a heatbeat! We are already discussing when we will go on our next family vacation to Disney and we will certainly be staying at 308 Verona when we go. I will also recommend your townhome to anyone I know that is planning a Disney vacation. Thanks for sharing your Florida Vacation Home with us and for your help in "making our dreams come true

We had a great time & the property was very nice and an incredible value. We would certainly stay again & will recommend it to anyone whose budget does not allow for a Disney hotel. The unit and the pools were really great! I thought the pools were wonderful, well-heated, so we could enjoy them even in cooler weather. My girls are 5 & 2 and we wished we had planned a "down day" so we could have utilized the property a little more.
