Great place to rent. Plenty of room for 5 "large adult males". Nicely appointed and very convenient to skiing, hot tubs, lockers, etc. Owners are superb in their help with great ski tips, etc. Enjoyed Winter Park a lot. The staff at the lift lines, etc. were superb, as were all the folks in the shops, restaurants, etc. Food at Cheeky Monk and Doc's Roadhouse was good. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge staff was helpful and the shuttle service to/from the train and to/from shopping was excellent.

We only stayed one night and had a great time. The condo very comfortably slept 6 of us, and 8 would have easily worked. The ski locker was great not having to shlep all the equipment around. The free parking can't be beat - again, no carrying equipment all around, riding trams and buses. Dave the owner was easy to work with. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and I already tried to rebook the property.

Thanks David for all your help assuring a great ski vacation! The condo was a great fit for our group of 6 adults and 2 young children. The location was perfect for ski in/out so Mommy could pop back into the condo to check on Grandma and the baby. Very easy access up the mountain via Zephyr lift and back to the condo via the Corridor run from the Mary Jane side. If you come back to the condo from the WP side you end up having to walk 50 yds up to the building entrance. The Winter Park base/village is right at the lodge front door so its just steps to anything you might need. Lift tickets, lesson sign-up and rental is within the same building, so that could not be more convenient. All the details and pictures of the condo are perfectly accurate. I've rented many ski condos across the US and Canada and this one rates at the top of my list for being "well stocked" with everything you need to feed and keep a large group happy and comfortable for a week. If you are bringing your laptop(s) and/or ipod touch (or other internet devices), I recommend bringing a small wireless router to hook up to the single internet port in the kitchen. I brought one along so all our devices were able to be connected concurrently.

We stayed at this property back in March, and you just cannot beat the location. True ski-in ski-out, everything within reach. We have 3 adults and a baby and the condo is very spacious for us. Can easily accommodate 6 adults and plus. Owner David is also very helpful. Might come back next year.

Thank you David and Mai. Your condo helped make our July vacation truly memorable. We used the unit as a perfectly positioned home base for day trips to Grand Lake, Estes Park, and the Rocky Mountain National Park among other locations. We were fortunate enough to see Elk and Moose during drives through the National Park. We watched a mama bear with her two cubs passing through the circle drive below our balcony one evening. And nearly strolled right into a cow moose and calf while walking the trail directly across the highway from your unit.We spent one entire day taking advantage of all the activities to do right there at the resort. It was on this day that I learned what happens if you go too fast on the Alpine Slide. Still healing. The layout of the penthouse worked great with the kids in one bedroom and a bathroom just outside their door. And my wife and I on the other side in the master bedroom with the large master bath. Great location! Great penthouse! Great vacation! Thanks

We just got back and had a GREAT time! The condo was beautiful and the decor perfect. Incredible amounts of space for a two bedroom condo. The Zephyr lift is so close, I can almost hit it with a rock. The view from the huge deck is stunning because you are on the top floor. We biked and hiked everyday and returned to a great dinner in this beautiful home each night. We would highly recommend this place!

We've stayed in other Zephyr units and this one is definitely a great deal! The unit is larger than the other 2 bedrooms and is located on the top floor. This made for a quiet and private trip. The unit is well maintained and the view of the mountains are beautiful. I would stay here again whenever visiting Winter Park.

What a wonderful, spacious condo! It was in a great quiet location (end of the hall on the 7th floor) and convenient to the lifts! The covered parking and elevator access was great! We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size! The beds were very comfortable and the place was neat and clean! The owner was great to work with and gave us a lot of help with lift tickets, rentals, etc. Great place and we would definitely recommend!

Nice large condo with plenty of beds. The ski in ski out aspect of the Zephyr is wonderful, there is nowhere else in WP that is this close to the slopes. We had a great time and the owner was really good to work with. We will rent again!

Great place with plenty of room for a big family or friends. Nice ski out the Zephyr Lift or ski in from the intermediate runs. Great parking garage with elevator access. Would rent again.

It doesn't get any better. Zephyr Mountain Lodge in the best location in Winter Park and this condo is huge with high ceilings. We have stayed in other units in ZML - this one is the best. The unit is in the slope side building and high enough (7th floor) so we didn't hear the snow cats grooming the slopes. The owner provided a industrial size humidifier which was a life saver for us from a humid climate. The experience could not have been better.

This unit is oversized compared to the normal Zephyr rooms, with a very large master bedroom and bath, and a second bedroom with both a King bed and Queen bed in it, so there was lots of room for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was so convenient to access the hill right at the Zephyr. The unit is at the end of the hall way, so it is quiet. We would definitely return here!
