Minutes from the authentic, unspoiled Mexican village of San Antonio nestled between Lake Chapala and the majestic Sierra Madre mountains. Walk to charming Ajijic and its colorful galleries and shops. Don't miss the Wednesday market (Tiangus) where the best fresh produce, flowers, cheeses, honey and local handcrafts of leather, embroidery and jewelry are available at incredibly low cost. My home is a block from the Careterra where you can take the bus to Ajijic, Chapala, San Juan Cosala (the hot springs), Joctopec or Guadalajara. And it's a quick walk (honestly)to several excellent restaurants, a large supermarket (Super Lake), internet cafe, liquor store, great bakery, beauty shop where you can pamper yourself with a mani and pedi, spa for a nice massage, cleaners and more. Soon to come Wal-MArt and 55 shop mall. The golf course is nearby as well. The English live theater is literally around the corner. You won't even need a car and that's the truth!
LUXURIOUS CASA PRINCETON
Ideally situated, Casa Princeton is an immaculate, newer villa in the friendly El Parque community of 114 single family homes with heated pool, whirlpool, barbeque area and clubhouse. Around the clock security insures that this gated community continues to be completely safe.

There are even fresh herbs in your patio garden to enhance your home cooking. The living room and dining area with its soaring 2 story ceiling is furnished with a suede sectional sofa, comfortable cushioned dining room set and entertainment center with surround sound. The first class decor is accented with handmade Mexican art, handicrafts, light fixtures and accessories.
You'll be sleeping on the best queen-size mattress available in Mexico on imported percale sheets. The large master ensuite has french doors to the front patio, super-sized dressing room/closet and sumptuous tiled bathroom. The guest bedroom with a pillow-top double bed is a private suite with its own full tiled bath. Ceiling fans and cross ventilation will keep you cool even when it's hot outside. Or keep toasty with the gas fireplace when evenings get too cool. You can take a soothing bubble bath in the soaking tub or a shower in the walk-in shower with clear glass shower door.
The sunny covered front terrace is perfect for al fresco dining year-round around the equalpali (handmade Mexican) round table with four padded leather chairs. You might want to work a jigsaw puzzle out there. You can lounge and read on the comfy loveseat while listening to the chirping birds and watching colorful butterflies. On the mirador (rooftop deck), you'll relax in chaise lounges and chairs for private sunbathing or reading and enjoy quiet time with panormaic views of the surrounding Sierra Madre mountains and Lake Chapala. Some guests enjoyed sunset suppers up here as well. There is off street parking and a side door to unload groceries and packages.
